I took my mom in to upgrade her plan; Lisa was very kind and easy to work with and she didn't try to have us sign-up for anything that wouldn't be a good fit. We were in and out within 30 minutes as well - couldn't ask for better service.

Now open on Sundays too! The best Verizon location in our area for phone service. Jonathan is the man. He was extremely thorough and patient in setting my family up for the right services. He set up our devices, helped us keep our old phone numbers, linked the watches and tablets to their respective phones, and after it was done, he fought our high phone bill with Verizon’s customer support for us and got it where it was supposed to be. This man is the reason I have the newest phones and the best service at a price I was willing to pay from day one. Thank you!

Really disappointed I couldn't return FiOS equipment at this store. I never even went inside as a door sign directs you to call a toll free number or go to a Royersford location because they don't take equipment returns. I'm disabled, dread driving, and this store is minutes from home. Too bad as I was planning on buying a phone today and switching from AT&T to Verizon. Now I plan return an old router using a shipping label, then renegotiate with AT&T.

We’ve always gone to the same Verizon store so this was our first trip to this location. We worked with Brandon and had such a great experience. I can’t say I’ve ever enjoyed going to a phone store but the customer service here was excellent. Brandon and his manager were kind, helpful and fun to chat with. Highly recommend them and this location!

One of the worst customer service experiences ever and I walked out of the store with nothing but wasted time. It was absolutely painful. Someone that was apparently "trained for a month" had no idea what they were doing. Had no clue how to do anything or even knew the promotions. The experienced worker helped but not much at all. I left without a simple phone upgrade. I wasn't asking for much. After over an hour, the worker could barely ring up accessory items. I couldn't even imagine the process of getting the phone, getting it protected and then transferring data. That would have been a 3-hour process.
