DO NOT use this “fake” Verizon store… This is NOT a corporate Verizon store so they will sway you with some sales promotion just to make their commission pay, and then not follow through with the upgrades promised. This place is real shady and hard to trust anything they say.

3 Services were added to my bill without transparency nor my approval. I visited the store again after having removed the services from my account online The visit was to confirm that indeed the services were removed and to discuss this deceptive business practice. The staff there at the time listened attentively, reviewed my account and assured me that this is not their normal business practice and that the additional services were removed from my account. Picked up my new phone today with no problems. Thanks Chandler and Evan

Chandler, even as a new employee was excellent at helping me and others. The biggest problem was there wasn't enough help for all the customers with complex problems. To be honest, all my questions weren't answered but after 2 hours, I had to go. Again, Chandler was awesome with everyone and I just wisj there were more of him so that each customer could get personal service.

Jarime was absolutely amazing!!! We went in to get my husbands phone fixed ( needed a sim card replaced) and Jarime went above and beyond! He even looked into our account and saved us money on charges of options we don't even use. Thank you Jarime! Donna & Mark Ottena
