The employee who helped me pick out blushes today was so nice, bubbly and really paid attention to what I was looking for. I gave the worst information and still left with exactly what I wanted. I wish I knew their name, but I forgot to ask! They had beautiful, dark, curly hair.

Ulta Pottstown is the best spot for all my beauty needs, especially when it comes to MAC products! They have everything I love and more. Shoutout to Jasmine (I think that was her name—it was on the receipt) for making my shopping trip a breeze! She greeted me with a smile right when I walked in, helped me find my faves in no time, and even handled my online order like a pro. She checked me out quickly and made the whole experience super easy and fun! Can’t wait to come back to the Pottstown location for more beauty goodies! Thank you girly!

While it's a very clean store, it was probably the most chaotically set up ulta I've ever been in. There was zero rhyme or reason to where things were. Went in looking for a specific facial skin product and had to walk the entire store twice and still didn't find it. I appreciate that I was greeted when I came in and offered assistance if needed but I really didn't want/shouldn't have needed if the store was set up appropriately ( ie face care items together, makeup together, haircare together, perfume etc.) There were some small areas that were mostly the same but still had tons sprawled out elsewhere. Not to mention there were so many employees just standing around and every 30 seconds getting asked if I need help is a but obnoxious to those of us who like to shop in peace. Also pricing was hidden or not even on most items that I noticed, I want to know what I'm paying before I buy... ended up leaving without buying anything. Yes I could have asked one of the 4 people who offered if i really wanted, but literally should have been able to walk in to the skin serum section and grab what I wanted and go. Mind you I don't shop at ulta in person much but all the other ones I've ever been to had a much convenient set-up

Grace was absolutely wonderful to work with today - she was patient and very thorough explaining different options and brands. I would absolutely go back and ask her opinion and advice again!

I have very thick eyebrows (always have and always will tbh) but Liz is somehow able to take them and shape them into something BEAUTIFUL. she is the only person I will ever go to again for eyebrows. I make an appointment (whenever I have something coming up LOL) and they always turn out stunning. SO thankful I made that original appointment two years ago. She’s an artist when it comes to brows and I can’t recommend her enough!! (Literally JUST booked another appointment with her this weekend). On top of being a star brow styler, she’s also extremely personable and genuinely cares about her job and your confidence in leaving her chair. PLEASE schedule an appointment with her and you’ll never go to anyone else again.

Great store! Jess is a great manager. Jack and Taylor were very kind and great! Kara did my hair and boy was it WORTH IT! Great layering and added a scalp treatment. If you have oily or greasy scalp, this is a must! Great overall store! Very clean!

Went into Ulta to return something and Connie was very overwhelming and aggresssive! I felt she rushed me and also shouted out the form of payment I had used! This is normally a very pleasant Ulta! Idk she seemed like I annoyed her… not cool! Hope I got her name right! She seemed to be a general manager…
