Y'all sold me 40lbs of rock in my stucco bag. Your store is terribly unorganized and dirty. When I come back to get a refund if y'all don't have it I'm going to Lowe's for now on

It seems that Home Depot is selective in their choices of Vet support/recognition. I need short pieces of deck wood. Found a "discount" rack and found 4' long 5/8 deck wood at 70% off..Great! I won't have to get them cut down and with standard prices $10 for 8' and these being on 4' this should be a win-win! ( I expect them to be regular around $6 ea allowing an increase for a shorter piece. So 70% off of $6 should around $2 ea )Off to the checkout...here the pieces came to $33 for 5! That translates to each one is regular priced around $20!! "Is there a vet discount?" "Not for lumber or hardware." ....in my mind: "But this IS a hardware store! That's like going to a grocery and being told: "discount applies only on non-edible items"So the pieces came to about $6 ea after discount. That's what I expected them to be retail. The practice of inflating a price, discounted to regular retail price is disingenuous and dishonest.

Bought a dishwasher for my daughter, paid for installation. Appalling customer service. Install team didn't show up or call on two separate appointments. When they did show up, they did not complete the job, did not haul away the old unit and did not clean up their mess. Avoid HD at all costs!

I wouldn't recommend working here. The employees are rude AF! Thinking they know you. When they don't! They will accuse you of not doing work when you put the most effort in! I have video footage of them following me around the store, watching my every move, yelling at me, and so on... I will use the footage against them of I have too. Btw I have Auto Biographical memory and I remember everyone and every single detail that had happened when I worked there. So I will be writing everything in my f****** future book along with details of the people. This is why you learn to be nice to f****** people.. because s*** like this would not happen. Oh well.. You get what you paid for..

Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.

Why is it, when I go into Home Depot. The staff in the aisles won't help (wait) you. Today, must have been the 30th time. Today, I had three employees putting product on a skid, that couldn't have weighed 10 pounds. I waited my turn to be waited on, all of them all of sudden just walked away. so, I went to Lowes. I spent over a thousand dollars. Their customer service has always been horrible. Just keeping up with tradition I guess. You people are awful. The problem is no one there, cares. You just don't give a s**** None! We are in a depression. When you lose your jobs. Don't ask why?

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator for over $2,000 from HD Lower Pottsgrove last July. The freezer/icemaker never worked properly, and three weeks ago, the refrigerator compartment was at room temp. I've had several phone calls with the store/appliance department, and they tell me this is all Whirlpool's warranty problem and HD can do nothing to help except call Whirlpool. That's bull-HD sold me a lemon and now they won't make it right, and it's now been almost a month that I've lived without a refrigerator, with no end in sight. The Whirlpool website, where you schedule warranty work, has had no available openings for the last three weeks, so the Whirlpool "warranty" is worthless. I'm a longtime HD customer, at the Lower Pottsgrove store, but that's about to end, and my next stop is to take them to court, with Whirlpool, and the two of them can each point fingers at each other til the judge decides that both are at fault.

Went to pick up a piece of downspout, ask it they could cut it to fit in my car, they said they were unable to cut it. A hardware store who could not cut a piece of downspout. BTW, Lowe's did cut it and now although I will need to drive further, they have 100% of my business. Plus the veteran parking is very considerate.

The Customer Service at this Home Depot is one of the Worst Overall that i've seen. They basically have two speeds. Slow; and Slower. And that's IF they know what they're doing or talking about. Which in alot of cases; isn't true. It's either poor training; Bad Management; or both.

July 2021 by Matt M.
I recently purchased a microwave and oven at the Home Depot in Lower Pottsgrove. The sales associate was great. We arranged for a delivery date of July 8 (the day I'm writing this). I've been waiting to get contacted for the specific timeframe for the delivery, but have heard nothing. So I texted the number I was given to see what was up, and the reply was that the delivery date was July 14. I double-checked with the phone number I was given and the automated voice confirmed the date. There was no option to speak to a real live human being. So now I am pissed as hell. I set up the kitchen to allow for the installation, and I was counting on this taking place today. (I made arrangements to be at home.) Well, I guess the joke's on me for trusting that Home Depot would do what they promised to do. So now I'm stuck. I have to wait a week and now I have to clear my schedule for July 14. I am infuriated that Home Depot has so little consideration for its customers. I guess that I'm the one who should be at their service. Please note that I'm not complaining about the delay. Stuff happens. But I cannot forgive them for not bothering to check with me about the new delivery date. Update: I called the store and spoke with someone who told me that I should have received a robocall about the delivery date change. I told him that I hadn't received such a call. He said that I should contact him again when the delivery is made and he will see what he can do. I will look forward to this, and hope that things will work out.

Justin and Brian, managers at this location, were tremendously helpful with resolving a delivery issue that we had. Justin was very approachable and friendly, communicative, and even went out of his way by making sure things were being followed through as discussed. We can’t wait to finally enjoy our grill this season!

all I needed was a few racks for my kitchen. Didn't have what I wanted so I grabbed a 4 teir hanging rack but it didn't have the hardware and I couldn't find anything. asked the girl upfront and she called for help (Bill). I told him what I needed then told him what I actually wanted. he ignored everything about what I wanted, and said the hardware should be in Isle 24 with the racks. I told him i was just there and there was nothing. he then said check Isle 24, then he turned around and started helping someone else. Don't think I'll be back.

TLDR; Home Depot paid a contractor who broke my floor, said it wasn't Home Depot's fault, could not deliver a dishwasher or install it successfully, and then failed at the execution of every solution provided. A representative of Home Depot also told me COVID-19 is a fake disease. This Home Depot failed so bad I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. So let me start off by saying that I, a home depot customer for almost twenty years, will no longer set foot in any store. Not. One. Single. Foot. Ever again. Your business has lost a life time customer for how you have handled this situation. let me list the things you have done wrong 1. Home depot hired an installer that was not approved to do electric work by your own contract to do electrical work. he should have not done the work to hardwire the dishwasher. your own contract says they will not do it, this should have been turned away and this would have stopped 2 months of insufferable amounts of frustration. 2. Home Depot hired an installer who cracked over 10 tiles of my kitchen floor with hairline cracks that are not noticeable at first glance. It is my fault i did not catch these hairline cracks, but guess what the installer dropped the dishwasher and caused damage to these tiles. Full stop. it's not even worth coming after you for because of the pandemic i cant keep putting my family at risk because Home Depot is incapable of solving basic issues. 3. you sent me around to no less than four people to try and rectify the tiles with no conclusion. honestly at this point it will take months to fix this floor. Its not worth my time, instead im choosing to not shop at your stores again. and guess what any contractor I pick will also not shop at your stores for supplies. i will pay a premium to never give you a dime again. 4. You promised to cancel the dishwasher and give me a refund, that story kept changing. we missed no less then three dates that were agreed to by several customer service reps as well as store employees. I warned you no less than four times that i will open a dispute with my credit card. Your response was "i can't do that". 5. You told me you cannot change the service for pick up. You admitted they are horrible, you have admitted you rather use any one else. but guess what, they refused to pick up the dishwasher. i explained that there will be a empty hole. i asked if they would not leave the hole their. Mike, you told me they would take care of me this time. They refused pick up. Every time i talked to you the solutions that were provided did not work. 6. Adam who is one of your store managers yelled at my wife for ten minutes. He also insisted he cared about my families health. While doing this he told me Covid-19 was not a real disease and did not believe in it. Intimidation, and frankly disbelief in a global pandemic is the sole reason i will never step foot willinging in a home depot store or subsidiary. Hey if you want to have a higher chance to get this crazy thing called Covid-19 that exists you may want to use this store. If you want incompetent people that will raise your frustration levels to beyond reasonable levels you should use this store. The Butthole that owns limerick hardware is a better experience in Every. Single. Way. Everyone knows he is a Butthole, and we know what to expect with him. We Love him for it. Home Depot, as a faceless corporation should not be a bigger Butthole then the local guy. Your representatives have failed to provide a single successful solution. If you want to decide if going to small claims court and learn about the legal system or throw your arms up in the air and determine its not worth it to pursue further, Please buy an appliance from this store. If you are any other person that is sane, and wants an easy transaction then i suggest you take your money to any other place.

Literally THE WORST customer service. Went in for a blind, it needed to be cut and no one knew how to cut it. I could've done it myself but that "isn't allowed" for obvious safety reasons. Why is only one person "trained" on how to cut blinds? Was told it would be a 10 minute wait, waited 40 minutes and still no one was available. Guess what? We left and put our $900 in merchandise in the cart back. Will never return to this Home Depot, it's a joke.
