You can only get great service and a great price with a family owned business!. I was quoted the price when I made the appointment. They were on time, very clean, and did not leave a mess. Explained things to me. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Top Hatter Chimney Sweep.

Brian did a great job, was very professional and laid drop cloths in the area where he was working. In and out in no time. Worked very efficiently. When he was finished he gave me a rundown on the work plus gave me some suggestions since my FP was over 25 yrs old. Thank you. Love to Top Hat.

We moved into the area a few years back, the chimney had been cleaned before we purchased the home but we had burned several cords of wood in the past 3 years. I called and left a message for services and rates, and got the VM. Within 10 minutes Bill was calling back with a great rate and an appointmet window within the week. On the day Bryan showed up, he was extremely professional, efficient and fast. He did a great job and was done is no time at all. He gave me a run down of the chimney when he was done and asked if I wanted yearly call backs to keep up with the service. Its nice to see that there are companies out there still that put customer service, pricing and integrity first.

I researched for months and decided to go with Top Hatter Chimney Sweep. When I made the appointment I spoke with Bill he was very kind and informational and allowed me to ask a million questions which I appreciate.. he seemed interested in my business which I appreciate!! took about two weeks after the call for them to come out which was not a long wait at all!!his son Brian came out to do the work, he came on time, was very friendly, very informational. And again allowed us to ask tons questions as we've only had gas fireplaces in our last homes. We have two wood-burning fireplaces and I like how they gave a discount for the second. Brian took his Time, he laid drop cloths, was respectful of my home and did not get anything dirty! we offered to move furniture but he did everything himself! I just greatly appreciated the overall wonderful job and customer service.

Just had my wood burning stove cleaned by Brian. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was professional and friendly. I've never been so excited to have my stove cleaned!

Very professional service this was my first house with a chimney. Bryan Donnel came in was very clean and professional showed up early was quick and gave me recommendations and showed me everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for chimney service
