“Pep Boys has very convenient hours, performs a wide range of services quickly, and has stayed open while having a huge corporate transition to focus on services rather than retail. I have found that while the front desk service is hit or miss, with room to improve on cross training team members, if you wait to speak to a manager the issue gets resolved and is explained clearly. I give them 4 stars for staying open during such a drastic transition that has lingered waiting on their corporate. It is tough for folks to work with such uncertainty and they show up every day to work on cars. Angel fixed my battery today and showed concern that the car runs by testing it. I appreciate this!”
