The tellers were extremely nice and polite to my husband and me when we went in this morning to open accounts for both of us because we had out old accounts at Wells Fargo closed down on us for no reason. So we are happy to be here in a nice friendly clean placethat can handle all our needs.

I've been a part of Superior Credit Union for almost 15 years. The Pottstown location in particular has been WONDERFUL. I can show up with any request or question and they are quick and efficient to help find a solution. They've helped me consolidate and find the best route to take care of my finances. I called and was so impressed with the customer service representative that I drove there to open two accounts and once I walked in everyone made me feel very welcome and they were so helpful, guided me and explained every detail, I truly felt like home and mostly like Family . Rachel at the Pottstown branch was amazing! I went to open up an account and she made the process so easy and she explained everything in depth. Definitely A1 customer service!
