Bought vapes from him forever and he sold me a already used one said it was good then it didn’t charge used to go here all the time and came back and he scammed me was never like this before

Very disappointed I went there to purchase a vape. I hit it twice and it stopped working,plus when you get it it's out of the box. I didn't like that at all who does that.
