The store is so nice and welcoming by staff. I really appreciate the individual help of Nick with my iphone issue. He is patient and easy communication. He walked with me to find the item I needed and explained which was best. Nick is knowledgeable and skillful. Thank you so much. He ensured I was able to enter my rewards. I appreciate Staple staff and will return.

Terrible staff and clearly not the sharpest bunch. Customer services is terrible and they can’t even manage the simple task of scanning an Amazon barcode for a return.

Extremely disappointed!! I went in to purchase a new laptop. No one even attempted to help me. After about 10 minutes, I walked over to the tech service area. A store associate asked how to help me & steered me to another store associate that rudely started his response to me with " I only have 5 minutes". Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I went to the Easty Tech desk for help with my laptop. Nik was very helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I would recommend them to anyone, and would visit them again for any issues I have.

The people are very nice, but DO NOT go here if you need to print anything out using their computers. They charge per minute you're online and their computers are SLOW. It took a few minutes alone to load the Internet. And in order to print one of my pages, the computer refused and made me download a program onto their computer, which I was unable to do as well. They also charge a dollar per page you print; if possible, go to a public library to use a printer. It would cost a few cents as opposed to a dollar. A dollar isn't a lot but when printing many pages, it adds up. I spent around $10 printing only 4 pages.

We saw a printer only for a great price. At the store it was $70 more than the web price. The cashier price matched without question. He was a bit pushy with the extended warranty, almost condescending towards us for declining it. Over all it was a great experience otherwise.

Don't come here to print! If you can get your order entered in the system (good luck) they won't act on it until the very last minute, so no early pickups! Go elsewhere
