First time at the store as I usually shop online. I had to make a couple of returns and it felt like I was giving information at a crime scene. It took 30 plus mins to return 3 shoes. Had to provide all my information like I'm borrowing money from them instead of returning and taking my own money back.

Our last two visits to this store have been nothing short of amazing. The staff members always offer their assistance immediately and have always been so helpful. We are greeted with smiling faces and welcoming gestures. I always find exactly what I’m looking for here, and in the very rare occasion that the store is sold out of my shoe size, they offer free shipping on my order to be delivered to my home. I love shopping here!

I placed an order online on August 17th and received the shoes on the 20th. One of the pairs I purchased were big (rep at Philadelphia Premium Outlet store admits that that style was a size larger than normal). I attempted to return them 2 weeks later at the outlet store but it was closed due to a power outage. I live about 20 miles away and I don't get to go there that often so the next time I was able to return was yesterday, Sept. 19th. They refused to give me a refund because they said it was after their 30 day return policy. Really?!!! I showed them proof that the items were delivered to me on the 20th which was exactly 30 days from yesterday. I see you don't value your customers, never again.

Went to return a pair of defective boat shoes and was greeted by hostility by who I assume is the store manager. A man with gray hair and gray beard. Refused a refund since they were clearance shoes. Even though they were defective he still declined the refund. I explained that I was not told they were final sale nor was it posted anywhere in the store. Even though they were defective he still declined to refund my money. He was very ignorant and talked down to me. He refused to give me his name when I asked for it. His name tag only had Sperry on it. I assume that was not his name. I called Sperry customer service and they were great. The are sending me a postage label to return the shoes and pick something else out from their website. I will never step foot into that store at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown Pennsylvania ever again. The worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I voiced my complaint also with Sperry Customer service about the employee at that store.
