They have absolutely no respect for their customers. On at least three occasions, I've arrived at the store right at opening time, hoping to get a haircut before heading to work. Each time, I waited patiently for 20 to 25 minutes, only to leave empty-handed when nobody bothered to show up. They disregard their own schedule and show no consideration for those who rely on it. It's incredibly disrespectful.That's why this time, I called in advance and scheduled the first appointment for the next day, bright and early. I even requested that they arrive a few minutes earlier, but they refused. Fine, I thought, just be on time. However, to my dismay, 10 minutes after opening time, another staff member arrived and informed me that my stylist—whom I had an appointment with—would be running 30 minutes late. And since this other lady had already booked someone else, she couldn't fit me in neither. If this isn't the epitome of Disrespect, I don't know what is.

Im new to the area. Called early this morning for a hair color and cut/ blowdry. Shannon did a phenomenal job with the color cut and blow-dry. It turned out just the way I like it. Not over priced like other salons. I will be returning!

Usually love going here, Casey is amazing. She did pink underneath my hair in october. I go last week to get half of my one side black and half blue. I had a new lady, which was probably my fault cause I should have waited for cassie, but I only have one day off of work a week, so I had someone I never had before. I don't want to say she was the worst, but she didn't even get the color I wanted right. It wasn't all blue on the one side..she gave me one little strand of blue. I still love the color, but was disappointed. The color is still bleeding all over my hands and my body whenever I shower. Alot of people in my family and even coworkers definitely say she didn't do it right cause that isn't normal. If i ever come again, I only want casey cause she knows her stuff.
