“Went here for Christmas shopping this year, great deals but a little crowded.We didn’t get everything we needed; so we went to the north face at KOP.Let me say; the Northface at KOP SUCKS!! They had nothing compared to this store.”
“My family and I only buy Columbia coats. They are so warm, comfortable and last long so you don’t have to buy a new coat every year. It can be a little expensive but this store always seems to have great sales and I like to be able to try on something before I buy it. This store does get pretty busy sometimes, so be patient and never put a jacket on next to someone else (you’ll end up getting hit in the face)”

“First-class service from Kathleen at the Merrell store at the PMO in Limerick on 1/14/2024. Was replacing old Chamelons and she patiently showed me and explained 4 different options, measured my feet, taught me that my toes should not reach the toe box, and helped me decide between the best 2 finalists. No pressure to buy, just outstanding relating and support. I was super impressed! Bought the waterproofing spray, too.”
“A good , well maintained , clean store. Friendly , accommodative , attentive staff at our visit. We asked for the specific item and staff was very attentive on checking item at the back. Could not make the purchase at the visit but will def recommend. A large selection of their line ups , especially shoes has some decent to good deal on pricing.”

“I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working. Thanks again!”
“Considering it's the only Converse store nearby, it's pretty decent. The employees are always super friendly. They usually always have the classics in sale, but most people come for their wide clearance section. I wish there was more of a selection of certain sizes in the clearance section, but this is not their fault at all. (Obviously, that's not how clearance sections work) For an outlet store, it has a decent selection of shoes and the best prices. It's always nice to check out before shopping online.”

“I wear a shoe size 14 but sometimes I might have to go up a couple a sizes to get a shoe that fits right .. They were very helpful in helping me an nice about digging out the shoes to show me what they had in stock to choose from .. The store is well stocked for the whole family needs. It's very clean an organized a great place to shop.”

There were two girls and a guy working when I was there and all of them approached me to see if I needed help with anything the place was clean and I did find what I was looking for and they were just as courteous from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit and through the purchase of the item that I had bought I really like this store at Philadelphia premium outlets. “We shop here on a Memorial Day weekend to get some women's clothing.Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to the parking lot P. They have good clothing line up for women's and the store is maintained well ans you could fee huge difference as you walk in the store. They try to maintain the brand name for sure. The check-out lanes are supper fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate to high, in my opinion.
They do have a huge clearance section, and people are taking advantage of this. The checkout person is friendly, and the quality of clothing is always the best here. If you have a rewards account with them, you will get a percentage discount, or you can also use the VIP membership from Simon.”
“Let me start by saying I love Nike in general. I visit this store often but today was very different. I met a gentleman by the name of Barry. Not only was he super super friendly he was actually into sneakers. He gave me some great ideas on what to do to make my own sneakers stand out. He told me about a few of his pairs. He helped me put an outfit together for a pair I picked up. He saw me struggling with boxes and got me bags. Man when I tell you the customer service I received from him was amazing. As I exited the store I saw him still helping people with the same amount of energy. You guys are really lucky to have someone like him on the staff. I probably was gonna return anyway but because of Barry I will return sooner!!! THANK YOU BARRY I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS”

We have searched for hours trying different shoe places in this mall until we found the Finish Line. The employees are super nice and patient. (They must have kids too) We shop here automatically now. We don't waste our time at the other shoe outlets because we always know we will find what we are looking for here.”

“Phenomenal customer service!! I was recommended by my chiropractor in Limerick and so glad I came by!I own a peloton treadmill and sometimes run outside - wouldn’t really call myself a runner - I just do it for cardio.My husband, 1 year old son and I went into the store today and we were helped by Glen and Oscar who CLEARLY were super knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we got what we wanted/needed.Glen even helped me figure out why I never got any shoes that were truly comfortable. I always thought I was a 9/9.5, but turns out I’m a 10 wide! I got some Brooks that were perfect for me. I felt it the second I put them on and that’s all thanks to Glen!This will definitely be our go to store and we’ll be telling all our friends about it!Thank you Glen and Oscar, especially for being so kind and understanding about my 1 year old causing a ruckus!”
