Gave them my bumper for my 02 wrx to paint seal coat and wrap. They wanted to charge me 800 plus. They had it for over a month never painted it. Never seal coated it but instead tried to wrap it with the wrap I brought to them. Wasted my material time and money. After I told them it needs to be painted and seal coated before wrap. Absolute terrible shop. Would not recommend.

Called to make an inquiry on a wrap, got hung up on my face when I wasn't finished speaking. Wanted to see other options besides installing a provided wrap. Very poor customer service and tries to accuse you.

I’ve been here quite a few times now with 3 different vehicles and it’s always been a high quality experience. Window tint, tail light tint, grille install(w/ wiring), and suspension work. The quality of the work is above average, the work is always done on time, and the pricing is very reasonable.

Asked them to replace a downpipe and second cat delete and they didn't double check their work. My bumper ended up being melted because my passenger side exhaust exit was touching my bumper. Something that wasn't a thing prior to me bringing the car to them. The catback exhaust system was installed by me and I confirmed fitment prior to bringing the car to this shop.
Edit to add: I knew you guys would try and argue about it but don't lie at least. It wasn't even remotely touching the bumper when it came in (I have pictures and witnesses). And it left with it touching. I would know as I installed the catback system myself. The wires dangling is of no relevance as it has nothing to do with the service I had requested you to do (that you failed at). You're floundering to try and discredit my work and it's pathetic. Also AFTER I realized how badly you guys messed up I adjusted the side that was touching and made it so it wasn't ?. If your tech had taken the time to double check his work then this review wouldn't even be here. And now based off your poor response and the fact that you straight up lied I'm definitely not going back to you guys. Leave it to a woman to fix a man's mistake.
This shop is local in my town but they messed up so bad that I drive an hour to go to a different shop that is far more credible and is willing to own up to mistakes. This place is an embarrassment. I hear so many bad things about his place from word of mouth I wish I heard sooner so I didn't waste my money here.

I needed my back windows re-tinted and the staff at Royal Customs was very friendly and accommodating. They truly honor their lifetime warranty as it has been 5+ years and I had moved out of the area. Reached out to them, got scheduled (I was even late to my appt), in-and-out within an hour. No hesitation, no hassle, no charge. Looks like new, THANK YOU!

Front bumper wrap is absolutely terrible. Wrap overlap showing, tearing in the wrap. Also had damage on my rear bumper when picking up vehicle. I setup an appointment with another wrap location that fixes a lot of Royal's work. Body wrap looked great though so there's that. Nice people but just cannot wrap here.
