I realized that they had changed owners and staff and I decided to detail my car and the result was wonderful. I never thought that such large stains and scratches would disappear. It was like new inside and out. Super comfortable price and the guys who work There they are super kind and friendly, wonderful people. I am sure that very soon it will be one of the best and most recognized car wash in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

I got my car washed here and the machine cracked my windshield and the owner never came to the site to look at the damage and refused to take responsibility for the damage created. I immediately cancelled my monthly membership and they still charged my account for a new month. Horrible customer service. They don't respond to emails or answer their phones or return messages left on their voicemail.

When I went inside to wait, they had started vacuuming... 10 minutes later it was in the automatic carwash. They dried it after. Everything I marked with the ? symbol WAS NOT DONE! ABSOLUTELY not happy. When I pointed this out, they told me I needed to pay for their monthly subscription!! Scammers!! Speaking with others waiting, said it was new ownership.

I had not been into Rocket in a long time. I had the club wash. Most of the time it didn’t look like they had vacuumed it and my vehicle just didn’t look clean.
I thought I still had the club deal and decided to stop in there on Tuesday.
I noticed different workers were there. I watched them take care of the car in front of me. I was impressed. Come to find out my club ended the end of December.
I decided to renew because of the new staff.

Recently sold business. Had $100 in giftcards. I was told that they couldn't read the cards and given a free car wash and they kept the giftcards. Later on that evening I realized I was missing a windshield wiper that I replaced fo $42 and they tried to replace with a $17 wiper. Instead of reimbursing me, they tried to give me a bogus hand written I owe you. Been using Rocket for years. Sad to say, no more.

This used to be a really great car wash. However, I will not be returning after my experience today. This was the second time where I have spent more than $20 and have left with a dirty vehicle. I was the only customer there (now I probably know why), and they spent not even ten minutes on my car. My floor mats did not appear to have been vacuumed at all but were then wet and muddy from the workers’ shoes. It’s really a shame how downhill the quality of their services have gone.

Unfortunately, quality has really dropped here since the pandemic. Today I spent $27 on a wash and all of my windows and panels were spotted and smeared. The car came out soaking wet and was just lightly rubbed with a wet rag. I had to go over the whole car and all windows with a cloth and spray when I got home.
