Complete detail, outside looks great inside not enough attention paid to the “detail” part loose dirt left on seats, console not properly cleaned, wasn’t even vacuumed shift lever area cleaned while in park, didn’t bother to engage drive or 1/2 to clean that end visible dirt left on rear carpet, not sure if it was even gone over for the money paid won’t be back or recommend

Great experience, excellent value! I have a Wrangler with the Velcro like black carpet. I also had a yellow lab that took a toll. After her passing it was hard to see the hair left behind. Rick’s did an amazing job. My car looks and smells new. They took the time to explain the details and it’s much appreciated. Cannot recommend enough.

Mike and the crew at Rick's Auto Care did a thorough job. I had two vehicles cleaned there and one of them carries our dogs camping. The vehicles returned in spotless condition. Thank you very much for the job well done.

I had a gift certificate i wanted to use and scheduled an appointment. They were about 3 weeks out on detailing service. Unfortunately i had to change my appointment because of the weather and that was not a problem at all. They did a great job with the interior and exterior detail, i have no complaints and will bring other vehicles there.

Rick’s detailed my my Honda Pilot this week. With two large dogs, the inside was an absolute mess. I was so impressed with the job they did- it looks brand new inside and out! Their staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I will continue to take my vehicles here and recommend anyone looking for a fresh, clean vehicle to give them a call.

I heard very good things about Rick's Auto Care business, from an employee of a shop I had perform some minor body work on my car, so I called Rick's .. and then a week went by and didn't hear anything back, so my wife called. No reply. Then I called a 3rd time .. no reply. If you're lucky (or special) enough to get a return call from the owner of Rick's, who knows.. you might be very satisfied with the work they are able to perform. If however you're looking for a place that really understands what "customer service" means .. and has the courtesy to return calls, then you might be in for a disappointment.
