Today I went in for a 8:10am appointment for my oil change. First one since I bought my Ford Edge, buying the car though Joe was fabulous but this experience was horrible.
I scheduled my oil change for last week and it was canceled due to them being understaffed and not enough time in the day. I had the appointment of the day so I understood. Today however I had the FIRST scheduled appointment of the day so I figured how could the be running late. By 9:30am I went to counter to ask and was told they haven’t even started due to people calling out sick yet not a single employee came to talk to me while I was waiting in the waiting room. As I was leaving I was told we can take you to work and drop your car off when completed, I declined due to things I needed to do before going to work. I am so disappointed about this service, I expect more when I spent a lot of money and trust in buying my car there.

Took new Bronco for recall and they told me my car was not part of the recall. Then I received a recall letter. Took it to another dealer.

Both of my experiences while taking in my Mustang GT for service were nothing short of quick and easy, all met with a pristine level of professionalism by Chuck and Jon. My first visit was for warranty work, and both of them were a pleasure to deal with as they sourced the parts needed and coordinated the entire process with ease and efficiency. My most recent visit, Jon was able to have me stop by, and everything was handled super quick. I was blessed to work with Stacey Speak! She reached out right away to tell me the vehicle I wanted was still available. She also made the applying process super easy and she was extremely helpful throughout every step. I love my new SUV and if I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose John Kennedy Ford of Pottstown and work with Stacey! She was also super accommodating to me and my kids! My kids enjoyed the whole experience because of Stacey! Thank you so much Stacey your customer service was phenomenal!

I had a great experience at the dealership. This was the first time I dealt with Stacey and she was wonderful. She didn’t have what I wanted on the lot, so she had several options brought from other dealerships. Stacey was extremely patient in answering all of my questions, and I never felt pressured. We will definitely be back in the future!

The service department at John Kennedy Pottstown is outstanding! I have taken my F150 to other Ford dealerships in the area with unsatisfactory results. Unprofessional. Ordered a vehicle with Dave in Sept. and not a real update on when it arrived on the lot until I found out it was listed on the site in Jan. Had an appointment at 2pm., that Saturday to pick it up. Didn't real even get anywhere until 330 to try to do a finalization. Even at that the financing manager was very condescending to my dad and mom who were with me. Nick I think his name was. Long story short, (I did let the GM know the full details) Nick's attitude made my mom almost cry and he made my decision easy to walk away. The only thing he said was "were going to sell it anyways" . I went to another Ford dealership that has friendly service and cares about customer loyalty. Exact same model and color, and willing to deal.
