Made the mistake of coming here. Drove up to the drive thru and asked for 2 chicken sandwichs one with cheese and this chick says "we don't put cheese on our sandwiches" I'm like tf you don't, I get it all the time. So in response to her I say "bro what?" And she stars going off on me talking about assuming her gender for saying "bro" and at the end charged me twice thinking I wouldn't know. I want something done about her.Update: she got fired for stealing money from the register ?

We've ordered out a family meal a few times because it's a convenient location. They have screwed up our orders every time with items missing. I wouldn't dream of eating there. Bad vibes with staff who are indifferent or even hostile. Lemonade is

The company that thinks $1 for a scrawny dried out chicken wing is a special limited time deal worth repeatedly spamming me about with push notifications. And that's actually only half a wing, of course. Pfft. You people are out of your flippin' minds. And anyone who would pay $1 for half a wing is even crazier.As for this location, it must have the highest employee turnover rate of any business in Pottstown. I've encountered more miserable to downright hostile employees here than any other business I can think of. And since they hire from the same gene pool every other business in town does, I doubt it's the gene pool that's the real problem. When your service is distinctly worse than other establishments, when your employees look like they're hating every minute - the problem is the Management. Always.

I've been going to the drive-through at this location and experiencing totally absurd wait times, so I went inside to order at the counter, to try and see what's going on. Now I fully understand it.First off, they are not "short staffed"; there were at least eight people working. The problem is simply that the employees do NOT want to be there, and they don't give a damn who knows it. The cooks had two full trays of cooked chicken, one mild and one spicy, on the warmer ready to go. I also counted 27 biscuits and dozens of side dishes... food preparation was not the problem. There were FOUR employees working customer service behind the counter and none of them were grabbing chicken and filling orders. Literally zero. Two of them just stood around doing nothing, just staring at the floor for minutes at a time. Eventually a guy came out from the back and started asking people what, precisely, they were doing before realizing the reality was "absolutely nothing" and then issuing specific instructions.I watched for around ten minutes before getting impatient and walking up to the counter and staring at them until the ostensible manager could no longer ignore my forced eye contact and asked me if I was being helped. I told him I was waiting for "number 36" per my receipt and he asked me for my name. I informed him that I didn't give a name to the cashier and he looked totally bewildered (she never asked for my name... I don't think she said any words at all honestly.) After three or four more minutes I got the order.The food is fine I suppose... it's just fried chicken and not nearly as good as everyone pretends it is, but it's certainly not bad. In any event, all of the non-cook kids working here must be summarily fired; they don't want to be there anyway.Update: I gave them another chance today and it seems as if some manager took my advice, whether directly or indirectly, and got rid of every single employee who was here previously. The service is an order of magnitude more professional now.

This place is the worst. The gross looking food in this photo isn't even what I ordered. I didn't actually get what I ordered. Then they refused to provide a refund, instead trying to give me credit over and over again to drag me alone while constantly failing to deliver the correct order. And when I tried to eat what they gave me by mistake and got violently ill. Never going back.

I waited 20 minutes in this restaurant without even having my order taken. The staff never looked up, kept their eyes focused on the task at hand, but never acknowledged I was standing in the restaurant. I left without even ordering.

Hot mayo get your hot mayo for your sandwiches everyone that buys them. The fridge part that the mayo is in is broke. When they refill no a new bin just gets put on top of the old mayo. Be careful. And there nats zipping around the food y'all eat a customer brought food back bc there was a dead nat inside either a strawberry biscuits or the regular one.
