I’m happy I received a replacement power steering pump I ordered about 2 year’s ago but it was not working properly had a leak and I spoke to them about a replacement pump but they didn’t have any they told at the time but finally they take care of me by sending me another pump I’m waiting to see if everything works out…just glad to see they still a few honest people out there

I recently had my 2004 Volkswagen Passat serviced and repaired by One Love Auto. They did some basic maintenance on the vehicle as well as repaired a broken flex pipe on the exhaust. They communicated professionally and effectively and came through with a quick and quality repair. I highly recommend anyone use them for sourcing Volkswagen parts and for their vehicle servicing needs.

After my old go-to shop closed down, I had to put my beloved 20th AE GTI into the hands of someone else. I reached out to Bryan & One Love Auto Group and i'm so glad I did. I threw a ton of different parts & ideas at them and they knocked it out beyond expectation. I even asked for their suggestion and opinion on a few topics and they had the right answer for each one of them. They refreshed my entire suspension and did multiple upgrades for me. My car rides smoother than it ever has & i'm in love with my 20th all over again. If you own a mk4, don't bring your car anywhere but One Love Auto. Although they are a 2 hour ride from me, i'll always put it back in their hands. Thank you Bryan & everyone at the One Love Auto team - you guys are the best!
