The store always has great deals and most staff are nice and helpful, however, they really do not seem to care for bulk buyers. Can’t place your bags down anywhere in store, can’t get more than 5 of a style, or spend over a certain amount in a day.
I understand the limits on transactions, however, not being able to place your bags down in store is a huge stretch. I had to carry around 20+ pairs of shoes around (which barely fit through a isle) and weighs around 50 lbs+ , just because of “store policy”?
I’ve spent over a quarter of a million dollars at this location alone…. I’m sure the owner would love to hear about the poor treatment of long term customers.

It's an outlet store. People are losing their mind while bumping into you, not moving around each other while standing there and looking stupid, smh ?

There is variety, it is a very visited place by nearby towns, there are nice ten8s. I like it, there are flexible prices.

I came to this location yesterday to return a pair of sneakers that I ordered for my son for school. When I walked in the line was swiveled around and almost to the back of the store. I went up to two different employees to ask if there was anything I could do to return the shoes quicker, as I was not purchasing any new merchandise. The one girl was so kind to ask the manager if he would allow someone to process a return for me since that was all I needed done. After talking to him for about 30 seconds she came back to me and said that the manager said no. I’ve ALWAYS came to this store and employees are super helpful when there’s a line, they offer a quicker checkout with their portable machines. In this instance, the customer service was extremely poor. I’m not pleased with how the manager handled this situation, especially since he didn’t even have the decency to speak to me himself.

Let me start by saying I love Nike in general. I visit this store often but today was very different. I met a gentleman by the name of Barry. Not only was he super super friendly he was actually into sneakers. He gave me some great ideas on what to do to make my own sneakers stand out. He told me about a few of his pairs. He helped me put an outfit together for a pair I picked up. He saw me struggling with boxes and got me bags. Man when I tell you the customer service I received from him was amazing. As I exited the store I saw him still helping people with the same amount of energy. You guys are really lucky to have someone like him on the staff. I probably was gonna return anyway but because of Barry I will return sooner!!! THANK YOU BARRY I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS

Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A towards the other end. They have good line up of sports apparel, shoes both for men's and womens, that's what we shopped here for. The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate to high, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor and assist in explaining about the variety of shoes. If you have a rewards account with them on the nike app, you will get a percentage discount. It's not well maintained. It's okay place to shop for clothing and shoes for reasonable price. There is always a lot of young crowd at this place and you can brand loyalty. Have restrooms closer by to this store, too.
