I love this nail salon! I have been getting my nails done for YEARS in Pottstown and I recently stumbled upon Nails Express & Spa and won'tbe going anywhere else! The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is very calming, and the facility is clean! My nails look amazing and I am always pleased with the result. The spa pedicures are THE BEST in town! Highly recommend.

I love this place, very clean, always has appts. I like that I can make an appt online. everyone is friendly and they do a great job! Tiffany is my girl and an artist! I give her a picture of any design and she does it.

I called at 10AM Sunday morning to make a same day appointment for a refill. I was asked to come in at 12:30. I was told the refill would take 45 minutes, which gave me plenty of time to make it to another commitment I had later in the afternoon. When I arrived, the nail salon was packed and I was asked to sit and pick out a color. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the manager how much longer the wait would be. He said 10 minutes. At 12:55, he told me to sit at station #8. I sat there for a little while looking at colors. The technicians were clearly extremely busy. I don't know if they overlap appointments, but nobody came over to start my refill and I had to go. I see that this salon has great reviews. I'm sure they do a fabulous job doing nails. Unfortunately, I only experienced poor time management and a lack of respect of my time. I can understand running 10 or 15 minutes behind for an appointment, but running 30 minutes late is an inconvenience to some clients.

I can't see the reason for all the negative reviews. I've been here twice with my elderly father, and not only has Josephine given him warm, thorough service on his old man feet, but Tammi gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Everyone is super sweet and accommodating. Great little place in Pottstown.
