Purchasing the couch was pleasant and simple. Sheila allowed me time to test out the couch and took my payment info over the phone since I forgot my wallet. Delivery was also easy. I was given a window of time for their arrival and got a call from them 30 min prior to their arrival. The delivery men were efficient, careful and pleasant. They allowed me a moment I needed to put floor protectors on the bottoms of the couch. I highly recommend them.

From the beginning of our shopping experience we were met with professional, courteous and expert assistance. Management continues to ensure competitive pricing on all their products for the 25+ years we have purchased furniture from there. The delivery team was excellent on time and very friendly completing the front to back experience that exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we walked in, greeted with friendly, helpful employees. Linda was exceptional!!! She was patient, professional, friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her as well as Moore’s furniture. Their furniture is beautiful!! I purchased a queen mattress with the adjustable frame and it was delivered today just as promised! They called ahead to let me know they were half hour away. They set up, as well as made sure the remote worked. I am over the moon with this new queen bed, and cannot wait for my first sleep on it tonight. I also purchased a sectional couch that I was able to pick out the fabric, as well for two throw pillows. That piece is expected to be delivered the end of the month. Thank you so much to Linda!!! Your furniture store is absolutely beautiful and nicely priced within the budget I had. The delivery guys were also great!!! Do yourself a favor and bypass Ashley Furniture which is way overpriced and go to Moore’s furniture! You won’t be disappointed!

We had an awesome experience at Moore's. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Great selection of furniture and reasonable prices! Shout out to Tina and Terry. You both made shopping for a sofa very easy. We didn't feel pressured like other places we went to. Bless you!

My husband and I went in last month to order a new couch, from the beginning the sales representative was rude to us and my children and unhelpful with any questions we had. I asked her questions regarding the different type of couch types (lazboy vs England) and she just said they’re the same and are sister companies. However, they were about $3K price difference for the same size and pieces of a couch. When I was looking around, I overheard another couple say to a different representative that England was terrible which is why they were there for Lazboy. I asked why and they said within 3 years it has holes and broke and all they do is sit in it. I asked the sales rep about this and why they were such a huge price difference if they were the same and she said they’re the same and she recommends England. I asked her if she had one in her house to know what it’s like and she said no so I’m not quite sure why she was recommending that ($$ and didn’t know what she was talking about). I told her I wanted prices for 2 different types of couches and she told me she’s only going to do one for me because she doesn’t have time to do both. I’m sorry, but I’m spending a lot of money on this the least you could do is price check for me. I then told her I wanted a piece removed because I feared it was going to be too big. She said the couch would look weird if she removed a piece and insisted I get the extra piece and return if I didn’t like it. So I got, didn’t like it (as expected) and then find out you can’t return the couch or the piece. Overall, just a terrible experience from the beginning and shouldn’t have bought from them in the first place.

Deceptive sales practices. Failed to accurately represent the fabric content. Does not stand behind their product. Do not buy there. Management is unresponsive and arrogant.

I recently bought a furniture set from Moore's. Everything was great for about two hours after we got the mattress on the bed, but the bed soon broke on the top left and bottom right. I was unhappy and emailed Moore's. Once they got the email the next morning, they contacted me immediately and repaired the issue the same day. Unfortunately, a few days later, the bed broke on the top right side. Again, I emailed them, all frustrated. So once more, as soon as they got the email, they reached out. They offered me a couple of options, and I said that I just wanted the bed to be taken away. No issues or arguments- they came out the same day to get the bed out and let me know the refund for it would arrive in about two weeks. We did keep the bedside tables, chest, and dresser w/mirror, though, as those had no problem. In the end, I ordered a metal platform off of Amazon as well as a fabric headboard since I'd be hard pressed to find wood that matched exactly.The moral of the story isn't that Moore's sells bad furniture or not to buy from them; quite the opposite actually. I hope that, from my story, you're able to see how proficiently and professionally Moore's handled a bad situation that was beyond their control. While I'd usually consider myself relatively easy to deal with, I did not present my best face with Moore's, yet they never responded negatively, only with helpfulness and expedience. I would absolutely recommend Moore's, and the remaining furniture that I have is simply lovely. If you have an issue, Moore's will take care of you, plain and simple.

When choosing to buy furniture from a local US based company, be sure to choose a company that values its customers and employees. Moore's Furniture is no longer that company!

I highly recommend Moore's if you are looking for quality furniture. My new sofa and chair were just delivered. Delivery guys Mike and Steve were awesome. They were careful and courteous, and even moved my other furniture back. My salesperson, Linda Christy was very patient with me as it took me forever to choose the right fabric for both pieces. I also like that the sales people let you browse instead of following you thru the store. If you need help, they are there. I have purchased most of my furniture from Moore's and will continue to return.
