“Fiorella was absolutely amazing! She provided us with quick service, high quality customer service, kindness, continued helping us until we were completely satisfied. The police came in during our visit due to an unsatisfied customer (he had to wait and wasn't happy even though she politely told him that he needed to wait his turn because all the associates were busy with other clients) when she finally did go over to help him he tried making her wait and she walked away to avoid conflict, he angrily left the store and called the police. She handled it with such professionalism and then continued to assist us as if nothing happened.”

“These guys went above and beyond! Even helped add a liquid screen protector to my phone after fixing it despite it being close to closing time and me being their last customer. It takes 10 minutes for the liquid screen protector to set and they waited and returned my phone to me better than new! 10/10 would recommend”
“I worked with Yanna and Isaac at the Gilbertsville location and received excellent customer service. Not only did they help me with what I needed to do but they went the extra mile. I had come here after being in Pottstown and the service was awful in Pottstown They were terriable DO NOT GO TO POTTSTOWN. “3 Services were added to my bill without transparency nor my approval. I visited the store again after having removed the services from my account online The visit was to confirm that indeed the services were removed and to discuss this deceptive business practice. The staff there at the time listened attentively, reviewed my account and assured me that this is not their normal business practice and that the additional services were removed from my account. Picked up my new phone today with no problems. Thanks Chandler and Evan”
