I called Mercers after an accident. Chris was incredibly professional and accommodating. He was prompt with every step and kept me informed through the whole repair process. My 2006 Tucson was damaged in a low speed collision, not my fault. I picked this place because of the location and their reputation by word of mouth. So far the experience has been great. I dropped the car off along with the estimate from the appraisal company and my phone number then when I called a few days later I was given all of the information I needed about where they were in their process. They do take care of everything with the insurance company however the woman who hit me had Goodville Mutual and the adjuster, Philomina never made contact with me after the initial claim was filed. Still never spoke to her to this day. I left a review of Goodville on their page if you want to know about that experience.Anyway, the Photos posted are of the damage before the repairs were done. I will post the "after" photos soon.UPDATE: Five ? 's All Around! The car looks great! Now I want to have them touch up the rest of my car. Chris was great! I am happy with everything they've done. Good Business and Great service! Thanks Guys!
