“All of the staff, particularly Adam, were very helpful and efficient. The young woman working the fitting room was also very helpful. “My favorite shop in Philadelphia premium outlets. Very high quality clothing available. I love shopping here. Both husband and I shop for denims here. Sizes match perfectly. Denims they have several types to choose from all categorized by size and color and type of denim. Boyfriend, wide-leg, skinny all types available very easy to choose. Very organized place. Plenty of fit on rooms so no long queues or waiting time. Reasonable prices because most of the time they have discounts. When it comes to shorts, pants/denims, gym pants my husband and I shop only here. Good quality never disappoint.”

“I was surprised by this store! It's still clean and they have nice clothes! A little pricey, but inflation is the cause it's that everywhere nowadays. Kids clothes here are a great price, and they have nice options! Tons of shoes, home stuff, typical department store, but up to date stuff”
“Great experience. I found a winter coat on sale, but they didn't have it in my size. An associate was able to order the coat in my size to arrive at my home at the sale price. I got it within a few days. I am very pleased with this service.”

“Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A. They have good clothing lone up for men's and few options for women's. The service is very goos in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. Staff greets you. The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The only problem is that staff has a challenge to explain the sale price except one sales lady who greets explained well.”
“I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working. Thanks again!”

They loved that other people helped them but me. ?I have found that customers who leave bad reviews either went into the store trying to get something for near to nothing and didn't get their way or complain so they can get something for free.
