My boyfriend had his truck done today and when I seen the bill I was ashame how people can justify themselves. I will never recommend anyone to this place but also will discuss with anyone that will listen how they charge just as much as a dealership or even more . My bf said because he owns a bunch of bars that don’t make as much has to fluctuate his earners just isn’t fair. This is what he had done and how much . Add all up in photo !!

If I could rate this company 0 stars I 110% Would. Im not the one to post bad reviews but I’m just livid with this company. I brought my car in with issues and they gave me an estimate of around 3 grand for total repairs. Felt off about the estimate so took my car to 3 other shops for estimates to make sure. The 3 other shops had the same exact diagnosis unlike Lenny’s for total necessary repairs. And so much cheaper, I’m talking over 2 grand cheaper. I’m not educated on cars by any means so I’m sure they thought they could pull one over on me and try to over sell. I reached out to them too privately for an explanation and that I felt clearly taken advantage of. They just replied back with the estimate and pictures and saying this is what the tech reviewed. Nothing more, and no explanation as to why the diagnosis were so off compared to the other 3 companies, why they thought all this extra stuff was needed. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Save your money, time and effort and go to another place. I also may add the front desk people had a pretty negative tone on the phone when they did give me the estimate. The whole thing was so off-putting!

So been there when at old place. Same owner that owns a few bars that don't go so well. Got an inspection , emission , oil change and rear brake pads with rotors. Remind you that I have a f-150 with 18,000 miles on it and could have done brakes myself but since I wanted to give a few bucks to my local business I got screwed majorly. How much do you think rear brakes with rotors. Remind you got inspection with them last year and put 3,000 or so on truck. And yes I paid 130 or so on an oil change with them. Again giving business because truck inspection is all I needed. 905 dollars !!! 654 for rear brakes with rotors !! My fault for not asking how much or them just telling you the price of it when they call!! Don't ever go all there reviews are friends of there's that hang in bars of his!!!!

I had a pothole on 23 shut my car off call AAA they responded with Lenny has jurisdiction this area then they said are you taking it to Lenny's Auto to get fixed I said no and as I waited for a truck to come I got transferred over to Douglasville because they didn't want to take it so in other words since I didn't take much car to Lenny's garage they refused to go pick up the car

Hit a massive hole the other night on my way home. They were closed but able to tow my car to their shop. They were quick to pick my car up that night and got the tire replaced the next morning. They were also reasonably priced too.

AAA sent Brian to jump my car when the battery had died Triple AAA said that he would be there by 9:10 and Brian showed up by 7:10 and I made it to work on time great service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Told me my car had “no oil on the dipstick” to try and scare me into repairs/ oil changes I don’t need. Came here previously and had no issues, so I don’t know if the guy is an idiot or scumbag. Either way it’s unacceptable

Car wouldn't start on a very cold day this year. Called AAA, they let me know Lenny's was heading out to my house. Technician called telling me when he would arrive. Showed up on time, said he was new, and fixed the problem right away. I'm sure he was trained properly by Lenny's and their service was excellent! I highly recommend this company. Great communication, great service and great attention to detail!

This is the first time I have ever went to there Lenny’s automotive shop. I scheduled an appointment for 10-26-2023 a few days earlier.I actually went in there in person and scheduled this appointment which is weird because at first they seemed very nice and friendly.I had taken it to the Jeep dealership before that and told them I was having transmission shifting issues and a sluggish response with the accelerator when I was driving. I left with no answers.I had scheduled the appointment with Lenny’s to get the transmission fluid and filter’s replaced and change out the spark plugs. This appointment was for 8:30am.When I got there the lady on the phone had me wait while she finished her call. Not very polite at all. I told her I was there to get my Jeep Patriot serviced this morning.She grabbed a mechanic that was actually nice and said he would be going on a test drive and was going to hook up a scanner to the computer while we went on the test drive.I told her that the Jeep dealership didn’t find any codes when I went in but she insisted that the mechanic at Lenny’s go diagnose the work before they started the work.Short story is the mechanic never put a scanner on the Jeep and we drove around a bunch of side streets on a road test. He said I don’t think it’s a transmission issue. I think it’s a fuel issue. I told him that you really notice it on the freeway. He said that they can’t just hook up a scanner and drive for an hour or so to see what codes pop up.We got back to Lenny’s and then the lady said that will be $72.70 and we can schedule your appointment for another day and time.I said I had an appointment for service today and she said nope you had a diagnostic test only scheduled today. She said she was too booked with other cars that were outside the shop.She said when do you want to schedule your appointment for your Jeep Patriot? I replied back never because you’re charging me for nothing when I didn’t ask to have a diagnostic test done.I got ripped off and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this. Since I was made to pay for services I didn’t ask to be done. Why would I schedule a diagnostic test when the jeep dealership put the TCM in learn mode. No codes will even show up. I only scheduled to get my car worked on.I would definitely look around and find another automotive repair shop to go to because I left very mad and frustrated when nothing was actually done. No scanner hooked up and the mechanic drove me in my car for about 15 minutes.Then the lady said before I left mad, he diagnosed the car didn’t he? If that is what you call diagnosing a vehicle then you got to go somewhere else. Just a road test does not diagnose the problem or warrant them to charge you for what you think might be wrong with the vehicle.Wow is all I got to say. The mechanic seemed pretty nice but the women that work behind the counter the take care of billing are thieves to be nice about it.We will see what what they say when the Better Business Bureau contacts them about this. No work done but they will require payment if you take your vehicle in there. The shop hours or price they charge per hour seems ridiculous. Shop around and save your self some money and sanity.Hope this helps out the next person.

I had need a tow from Pottstown to reading and the service was absolutely phenomenal. I had Carrie, she was so kind and went out of her way to make sure i got the best service possible. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone for auto repairs and towing services.

Absolutely ridiculous that a driver was doing at least 80mph down the highway towing a car and riding people’s tailgates. Truck license plate was 17848. No reason for that.
