I have nothing but amazing things to say about the ladies at this LabCorp. I had to go for bloodwork frequently for a little while as I was going through a miscarriage and they always brought a smile to my face even when I didn’t want to smile. I found myself looking forward to getting bloodwork because that meant I got to see these ladies. They made me feel comfortable and made a really hard time feel a bit better. I will never go to another location. These ladies are the best! You won’t be disappointed.

I came here on 3/28 , Me and my 4 year old had our blood drawn. I was worried about coming here because of all the bad reviews but im actually glad i gave them a chance. They definitely seemed under staffed but the staff handled it very well . Kathy A drew our blood. She was very friendly to us and didn’t hurt us one bit.

I received great service it was a Friday before closing and it was my first time at this location. The tech was professional and awesome. I have always gone to labcorp in other states and never had a problem but read reviews for this location, so was a little worried. It was quick and done in 15 minutes. Hopefully next time will be the same.

This morning was easy peasy! Briana was fantastic and really started my day off with a smile! Took the time to understand I need a small needle, PERFECT!
This is a Great Facility, never had a bad experience (unfortunately I'm there often).
It's unfortunate to see bad reviews. Maybe they fasted? Have coffee before posting? ; )
Thank you and see you again in 6 months!

I usually don't have too many issues with this place, but the last few times, they seemed unorganized. The girl, Dawn, who took my blood, was in a rush. I tried telling her Im not easy to get blood from, and she basically didn't care. She decided to jam a needle in and out of my vein, and when I yelled "ouch" she stared at me and made a comment about not being about to do this if I keep moving. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and in a big rush. Finally, she used a smaller needle, which, if she listened to me from the beginning, instead of rushing around, things would've be ok. Slow down.

There are a few friendly people but some of the women actually drawing the blood can be snooty and rude. I asked about insurance or lack there of and no response just completely ignored me all three times then actually asked me for my insurance card! I just told you I don’t have insurance and asked about the discount the Dr said I would be eligible for and STILL never replied and then rcv’d a bill for $672 for ROUTINE BLOODWORK anyway!!!Don’t appreciate being ignored or looked down on because I had just started a new job and didn’t have insurance yet don’t know how difficult it is to merely ANSWER the persons questions and NOT be rude and insensitive. If my new insurance allows I’ll be finding another lab

Took my 1 year old there to get a blood draw, and the staff was awesome. She cried the whole time, obviously, but they were quick and professional and made it as good of an experience as it could be.

The person who checked me in was so cold, so rude, unhelpful, totally lacking in interpersonalskills. Then she was the one who drew my blood! She has technical skills, but absolutely no people skills.

I was hesitant to come here because of all the bad reviews...but I looked at other branches that I've gone to before and had no problems with and EVERY lab corp seemed to have bad reviews. Common denominator? People being upset that they weren't stuck on the first try. I was dehydrated when I went due to a Crohn's flare so they had to stick me 4 times but they couldn't have been nicer! Keep in mind, this is not an easy job....phlebotomists constantly get blamed for you being in pain because you didn't follow instructions and hydrate yourself or...like me...you just have tiny veins. If they were courteous to you and able to get the results you need, that is all that should matter. Thank you for taking care of me same day so that my doctor can prescribe me the medicine I need ASAP. You are appreciated! :)

The techs here are typically amazing (with the exception of the large woman with the green hair who punctured my nerve, putting me out of work for the day with a ‘I just hit my funny bone’ feeling for HOURS and collapsing my vein in that arm), but the wait is ridiculous and Kim the receptionist is rude af.

I am a baby with needles and I absolutely deserve any razzing I get! Everyone here was very friendly, and the angel of a lady who took my blood, with her 16 years of experience, made me super at ease and I didn't even feel it!If I ever need blood work again (who am I kidding I will forever), I will absolutely want to go here again.

High turnover. Very rude and unprofessional staff who have zero customer service skills. I come here every two to three months to get my thyroid checked and today I went in and said good morning to the black man who opened the doors up at 6am. He looked at me without a smile or greeting. The black lady who ended up drawing my blood didn’t greet me either and couldn’t even be bothered to tell me I was done and could leave. So when I asked if I was done and she said yes I then said thanks have a good day to which she said absolutely nothing. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people so when someone says good morning or have a good day the least you can do is show them the same courtesy.
