Brought my wife's 07' RDX for a misfire, rough engine idle. Quoted $650 to change spark plug and coil in cylender one. Quote was more than I expected and decided to bring to another shop which performed for $130 in parts and $220 in labor. Kimmels charged $160 diagnostic fee.

I was able to get my car in when I needed to and the work was done when it was promised. The people are very nice to deal with and I feel like they hear me when I have a concern and they don't take advantage. Very happy.

Time for the annual emission and state inspection. I dropped off my 2018 Colorado for the service. I got a call when the job was completed in a timely manner. Notes for status of all aspects of the inspection were on my paperwork so I am aware how the condition of the vehicle is going forward. These guys are always courteous and efficient. This is definitely a go to vendor if you need a repair shop.Services: Wheel alignment
