Their service center did a good job inspecting our vehicle and did their best to track down an intermittent starter issue. Ultimately, they didn't charge us for the work, which was very nice of them. I'd definitely take my Mazda back for work when necessary.

Excellent customer service! I especially like the fact they send you a video of the issues with the vehicle as part of the explanation of why a service is warranted.
