Called to PURCHASE a 2000 Honda HELIX. I told JT that I had cash for full price offer and all I wanted him to do was send me a walk around video of the bike running. He refused. I explained to him that I am driving 9 hours, 1 way and he STILL refused to send video. Terrible customer service

Rented a tow trailer for moving. Came in with no issues. They helped setup. Returned with no issues. Would reccomend for this service.
