One of the worst experience with Marcia Levengood, don't have any respect for client's time, money and taxes deadline.
- Kept me in dark for two weeks then she is going to do it & will get back to me. Didn't do it.
- When visited in person first time she couldn't figure it out & second time she punched the number totally wrong thousands of dollars off.
- Unprofessional & Greedy: Because of above reason and tax deadline approaching in few days, I took hit and filled myself using TurboTax so thankful. So I called her again if she can do the ITIN part, first she said I need to ask my manager blah blah, then she said upload all docs on system & said I also need to file it in our system, I was like what, she kind of again trying to keep me in dark again as she did for two weeks . When I ask please give me straight answer if you could file only ITIN she said no, I think what she wanted to just give her the money and let her ruin my taxes.
NEVER USING H&R BLOCK AGAIN, these seriously lack of knowledge & work ethics.

They did a great job I had an extra tax form this year thought I may owe 1600 to PA for inherents but h&r did a great job of helping me keep money in my pocket, would I come back again, yes if there's Xtra stuff you have to do for your tax return then yea I'd definitely come here again, everything is insanely expensive now as it is at lest try and keep as much money in your pocket as you can definitely don't miss out on any tax credits that can get you money back or that can help knock money down you may owe at the end of the year.

It’s been 7 weeks since I filed my taxes in person at Upland Square location. Their “tax pros” couldn’t even do a simple return right. I told Marcia Levengood I only had health insurance for 4 months out of the year do I need a form from them, she said no. Well turns out I did and they denied my return. I send them the form and then it gets accepted but my account gets flagged due to this senseless error made by their “professional”. The IRS mailed me something saying I needed to verify my identity through ID me app. This was a month after I filed and it says I won’t get my return until up to 9 weeks. Needless to say times are rough and I need my hard earned return. So if you want your return fast DO NOT GO HERE. If they can’t do my simple return right imagine what they will do to yours. Not to mention I call them several times and all I get is “yeah that happens sometimes that’s unfortunate”. No accountability for their clear and obvious screw up.
