Bought a dishwasher for my daughter, paid for installation. Appalling customer service. Install team didn't show up or call on two separate appointments. When they did show up, they did not complete the job, did not haul away the old unit and did not clean up their mess. Avoid HD at all costs!

Went to pick up a piece of downspout, ask it they could cut it to fit in my car, they said they were unable to cut it. A hardware store who could not cut a piece of downspout. BTW, Lowe's did cut it and now although I will need to drive further, they have 100% of my business. Plus the veteran parking is very considerate.

Chris in lumber was an amazing help today. Give that guy a raise! But really every time I go to this Home Depot, the customer service is the best! Everyone is so helpful, always! Great job!
