For the first time ever purchasing a vehicle everything went smooth. From the first encounter with the salesman to the last encounter with obtaining insurance. Bought a car from High Street straght cash. Big mistake. They are not familiar with selling cars to residents out of state and overall once these people get their money they completely drop all interest in customers. Asked for 1k off of car. I was told the car is a great price for what im receiving. The seats have rips and tears throughout the entire drivers seat. I bought this car in hopes everything advertised online is what i was getting but i was wrong. The car had 73 miles over the odometer reading that i signed off for. The car was given to me with absolutely no tags. I had to use sharpie and paper to write my own tag numbers causing me to get pulled over twice so far. after 2 months of waiting to receive my title i called to ask what the hold up was and Tariq Morris informed me he forgot to mail the title and it’s on his desk still. By this time my unregistered car was dropped from my insurance that i had to pay before getting the car just to have to cancel and reapply. NO THIS IS NOT IT. I could list more but ill end off with the fact i payed sales tax of over 3.3k in PA just to have to pay 2.9k in my state again in sales tax. Tariq was supposed to find out the tax % in my state bill me and then send that to ga where there car is being registered. Not only was i over charged nearly $500, the money was never sent to my state so today i will be paying a total of 6.2k in taxes for the same vehicle just so i have tags. High Street is unprofesh . Like this post if you think they really deserve 0 stars.

This place was great! Fair pricing, honest sales staff throughout, and no hidden fees!!! Salesman Joel was very communicative and happy to assist, the managers Anthony and Tyreek made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and were very fair with pricing and financing! Owner with integrity, good staff. Good finance options. Please just be careful of car history. Read Carfax reporting beforehand - not at time of paperwork. Vehicle I had purchased had a "taxi" listed in the carfax that was provided in a rush at the end of the day awaiting a snow squall last winter. It was provided but not necessarily reviewed/highlighted by staff which I understand why they wouldn't. However, I had driven over an hour to get there before they closed and during the rush, I overlooked that "taxi" detail and lost nearly $7k on the trade. Owner was later kind enough to make good on the car if I wished to trade in which I appreciated enough to change my review from 1 to 4. I believe this group does good for it's customers and in this case was just a vehicle with questionable hx that could be interpreted by professionals in the business differently. I felt it was only right for me to edit my review to 4 after I had a chance to think about it. Honestly, had the salesman reviewed the hx with me, it would have been a 5. I think that's fair.

I was searching for a Mercedes S550 for awhile. I saw they were offering one with relatively low miles, so I took the short ride over from Collegeville. What a great experience. From the salesman to the owner, everyone was so friendly and professional. I must have spent an hour on the test drive checking the car out, and there was no pressure, they let me do my thing. The owner was a total professional, he gave me a great price and a good deal on the financing as well. Once we had an agreement, I was out of there with my new car in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this really great business to buy a car. I'd definitely buy another car here!

Im not sure if these people are scammers or straight up unprofessional. They ghosted me lol maybe because they didn’t see any use of me as a customer since my credit isn’t the best but still have the decency to reply & say “no we can’t help you at the moment” LMFAO had me send personal information just for no type of response. Felt like I got screwed and ghosted! ? DO BETTER GOD BLESS.

Requested more info on a vehicle on Saturday and got a call back right away after hours. The person informed that the vehicle was available but they were already closed and would be open on Monday. Somehow the vehicle was sold by Monday morning even though they were closed the previous day and already closed on Saturday when I got the call to set up an appointment. Super disappointed and I had to call them otherwise would have shown up to find out it was no longer available.

Absolutely great service! My lease was almost up and I was having a hard time finding a car. I drove by High Street Auto and I looked up their number. I later called and the next day went to see their cars. I saw the car that would be perfect for my family and picked it up the following day. It was such an easy process!
