I've been a loyal user of Guess products for over 15 years. However, a couple of months ago, I purchased a men's belt at the Pottstown Guess outlet store. Unfortunately, after just a few uses, one of the belt screws fell off. Then, a couple of days ago, when I attempted to use the belt again, I noticed... I'm not certain exactly when the screw came loose. Today, I visited the store and showed the belt to the manager. Regrettably, I was very disappointed with her response, despite the fact that the product I purchased turned out to be defective. Up until today, I had never encountered any issues with Guess products, and I've consistently had positive experiences with Guess stores and their online customer support. Consequently, I will not be recommending purchasing Guess products from the Pottstown Guess outlet store

Special thanks to the ladies at the GUESS store today. I started out with a pair of size 34 jeans only to be advised by them that I needed a size 28. No way was I size 34 she said. What a journey so far. I thank her for her patience with me in the store today. I have no clue what sizes fit anymore.

Manager Lee is very unprofessional. I wanted to return a watch, they misguided me completely and made me exchange the watch for a watch I never wanted to buy in the first place. I asked them to undo the transaction immediately for which they responded that the sale is final and I have to keep it. They told me watches can't be returned it can only be exchanged but nothing of that sort is mentioned on the receipt. When I asked for clarification the sales agent told me that is how it is because the manager told so. Very unprofessional store will never visit again.

The store manager was so rude to me yesterday I will never go back. I went to guess around 11:30 am and immediately felt like I was being watched. The manager Lee was incredible disrespectful, unprofessional, and I left without buying anything. Almost spend 200$ in this store, but I will happily take my money else where.
