This store is a joke anymore. This is now the 2nd time we have gone during the day and the doors were locked and we could not get in. I see the sneakers I want but can't get in at all.

I really wish I could give a negative 10000. I don't have a problem with the youth working I think is a good idea. But on this day when my wife and I where in the store trying to finds shoes for Christmas gifts. The whole staff was asking like they wanted to be somewhere else. The didn't even greet us as we walked in the door. Everything we asked them no one had a clue. We asked for a manager and one replied there's no manager her today. The whole staff needs to be retrained on customer service. They costed the store to miss out on money because I went to another store . To make matters worse we traveled over two hours to get this kinda service horrible. I pray someone in management get this review until I see better I will be telling all my friends and family not to shop here

Not well staffed, the gentleman behind the register was friendly so that's a positive. However you will lose business having only one active person present in an entire store. The inventory/appearance of the store was disarray, items were being left all over the place. Hoping it was a day where people called out, there were 4-5 customers standing in line while 3-4 people walking the store with one register and it didn't seem as though anyone was being helped outside the register.

The guy with the long white beard seems to be in another world. The young woman working with him with glasses is just
as clueless. A family walked out prior to us telling him his customer service skills suck. I know what she meant. Noone even asked us for any help. The girl just stood next to him as he was trying to make a return. The blind leading the blind. This store will lose a lot more customers with employees such as this. Smh.

Horrible customer service! Long beard dude is rude. Told my son he couldn’t walk in the display shoes as he was trying them on. And a young lady threw the box when I gave the shoes back to her. Awful store. I wish I could give 0 stars

Clean store, customer service was adequate. Prices aren't too expensive, but they might not have what you're looking for.

Bad experience I had marked a price on some sneakers that were on sale but when I cancel they charge me a higher value so what's happening there is no seriousness in what they sell
