Been coming to this location since I opened my business two years ago. I have no reason to have an account because we only buy piece items but now you can't do walk ins? I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I bought 50 fastenal brand 1/2”x3 3/4” wedge anchors the first go around for roughly 50 bucks, the same day I went back to get another box of the anchors. The guy at the counter said they don’t have fastenal brand but they have dewalt brand which is 100 bucks for a box of 50, I call back right after I leave and a different person answers the phone than who checked me out. He went and checked and said that there was a box of fastenal brand anchors of the size that I needed. Beware of the big tall young guy with dark hair, he’s supposedly a sales rep, he’s is dishonest and is out to screw you over.

They have the odd and ends plus specialty bolts no one else has. Great people that work there as well

I bought a Knaack gang box and had it delivered to my shop. I was not there to receive it so my son unlocked it for me and put it in the shop.When I returned from Texas I was going to put the casters on it to use it on the next job. When I pulled the cardboard back thu upper left corner is crushed! This is a $3000.00 gang box so I called Pottstown right away. They said they needed to make a determination as to what coulf be done about it!I've been a customer for 22 years and have spent in excess of 1M$ at Fastenal and they've been unwilling to do anything for the last two days. They're going to lose a good customer and probably end up in small claims court if I don't get some satisfaction.It's terrible what customer service has come to.
