I will never go back! Up-charged me $200 on a part that cost $350. It’s like they forget I can google how much the part cost. Then waited until part came in to tell me their estimate for the job almost tripled! Thankfully I did not let them install the part.

I was on my way from New Jersey to Colorado, starting hearing a grinding sound, stopped by here to get it looked at. It was the hub bearing, which was odd, because the same part had been replaced under warranty in the past. Chu was able to fix it that same day, and afterward I continued on my way to Colorado, then down to Florida from there. Went through 20 states total. Friendly people, would recommend.

Had my car inspection and emissions done recently. I also had my power steering checked. The power steering was a problem which needed fixing. The work done to repair it was excellent, and done quickly. The price was reasonable, and they were very professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely take my car back to them.

So Ive been here before for breaks and tie rods and I spoke directly to the mechanic and my service wasn’t bad however I took my car in the other day for inspection and steam coming out of my air vents when the AC was on and to check my brakes because they had just done them a little while ago and they were starting to squeak the lady that was there told me I would have to leave the car there and they would check it out on Friday for free but she called me on Friday saying that I owed for a diagnostics fee for an oil leak and she wasn’t even sure where it was coming from she said it could be one of three different gaskets when I reminded her that she said they were going to check it out for free she was very rude to me telling me to come pick up my car right this second I explained I was at work and I couldn’t get there till 230 at the earliest and trying to question why I would pay a diagnostics fee for her guessing what was wrong with the car even if she hadn’t said it was going to be free at which point she let me know she was closing early to go hang out with her family and they were just leaving my keys unattended outside in the end I took my car to m&m auto up the street across from tornettas Pizza they diagnosed my car for free and gave me phenomenal customer service so I would recommend not to go to Ellis auto ever because of the worst customer service I have ever had received you only lost $1300 for what I ended up needing this visit but I live next door from your shop and will be letting everyone I meet in Pottstown how you do business I’ll never bring a car there againServices: Auto brake replacement
