The other day I went in to get my nails done, I got a pedicure and dip nails. The service I received was rough, rushed and ended up looking horrible. It wasn't busy in the salon, so there was no reason for them to not take their time or put in more effort. They didn't take the time to finish my nails properly, leaving some of my nails with polish all over or not fully filled out or trimmed correctly. I've never experienced such a bad service from a salon before. While they were rushing through my nails the lady drilling my nails continued to drill at my skin missing my nails completely and continued to saw at the inside of my palm multiple times. I tried to be polite and hoped she wouldn't continue being so careless with a metal drill, but I was mistaken. She was acting as if it was no big deal and clearly could careless, giggling it off as if it didn't hurt me. And the attitude I felt made the experience worse. It was so painful and awful looking by the end I shouldn't of even paid for the service. I paid because I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible and I'm not really a problematic person. But, I will never go back there again nor will I recommend the place to anyone. I hope they learn from all of these reviews and I wish I had looked at yelp reviews before going there on a whim. For the amount I paid it was most definitely robbery. Don't go here go somewhere else if you want decent service. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Avoid at all costs. The technician who did my pedicure handled my feet in a rough, careless way, and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. She didn't ask me what kind of service I wanted, or refer to the menu of different pedicures one could ask for. Barely touched my nails with the cuticle tool; it's like, why even use it if you can barely use it to touch the surface of the nail? Way overpriced for the poor quality of service. Find another place! Maybe other people had the right idea since the place was empty when we got there and no one else came while my daughter and I were there.

Linda, the owner, is a perfectionist. She values her customers and does a fantastic job that last 3 weeks. I drive 40 minutes to get to her and it's worth every minute of drive time!

Linda was incredible and so nice, she even stayed over 45 minutes to get my nails perfect for me, you don’t get good service these days so when you have great service, it definitely stands out!

I paid $65 plus tip to leave this salon in worse shape than I came. I was sat with an older gentleman who filed my nails for maybe 30 minutes until the other lady took over (I guess he was just there to keep me busy or from walking out)
once I got to the lady who I guess knew what she was doing I still walked out like this. This “white” looks weird. The shape is off and uneven as you can see and the dip powder just came out looking beige. Very disappointed especially if you’re gonna charge $65 for dip powder. And for being there over an hour for this I really think they should reconsider their prices and how they let their customers leave. Also, I filed my nails when I got home bc I couldn’t take how ridiculous they looked

they did me so dirty. my nails are different kinds of shapes and was not like the picture at all. the shape up was horrible. the underneath of my nail wasn't shaped up either. and as soon i was getting in the car the lady left, it was very rushed. and three different ladies did my nails , i was going lady to lady. same as my cousin and my mom. im so disappointed in the ladies that did my nails. all i wanted was for my nails to look good before vacation.

This was the most pleasant, first-time experience! Diane and Linda were both so nice and fun to talk too. The pricing was not bad, and my nails look great! Such a nice place to go to. The place is also very pretty and clean! Definitely ask for Diane, she’s the best!Services: Foot massages

Clean establishment and friendly staff BUT French manicure on natural nails did not last even a couple hours and French pedicure big toes were damaged by next morning (I’m comparing this service to that of previous salon that closed and length of time service lasted). Bottoms of feet were not addressed. Will search for another salon.Services: Pedicure

DO NOT GO HERE. This place did me dirty. Came in for a gel manicure and asked about the dip powder. They told me it was faster and better and that I would love it. The woman who did my nails had very likely never done dip powder before. I looked it up after I left and what she did is totally different from any online directions I found. She put so many coats on that the color puffed way up above my nail looking ridiculous, then she sanded it down with the acrylic tool and then applied multiple clear gel coats with UV light to make a shiny finish... except she didn't cover my whole nail with the gel, just part of it making 1/4 of all my nails matte and the rest shiny. Plus she got the powder color all over my fingers. She also filed it down unevenly and in some places took my nail shorter than my nail bed making me bleed. I literally didn't know a manicure could look so bad, also since she did dip powder AND gel I have no idea how to get it off. She told me that I just need to go home and wash my hands more and the color stain ALL over the tips of my fingers would come off. I was in a hurry because it ended up taking an hour and a half so left as soon as I paid, I wish I had stayed and complained. I was going to go back and ask them to fix it but I don't think it's fixable and also don't think I trust them enough to even try.

Dip nails and change of gel polish on feet. An absolutely great experience. My technician was careful and detailed oriented. This is my 3rd time having dip nails done here. I have been very satisfied each time.Service: Dip powder

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with with your salon. I had been waiting for a mani patiently for about 15 minutes, when another walk-in arrived. You took her ahead of me, saying that her mani would take less time than mine. Even that customer commented that it wasn't right. I tried to be understanding and polite, but now I feel you took advantage of my politeness. The time ticked by and others were taken back for pedis while i waited. It wasn't busy. There were only 2 clients there when i arrived. In the end I got up and walked out without receiving service after well over an hour of waiting. I don't understand exactly why you would allow someone to sit there so long like that, but it was actually very upsetting. I want you to know that you need to take walkins in the order they arrive. This really wasn't right.
