  horrible customer service, they are always in the office , eating or talking amongst themselves, so the line grows because they slowly want to leave the office to actually ring up people, they seemed miserable as we are waiting for them to wrap up their conversations with each other. the aisles is a joke , uboats in aisles no one even stocking it, too busy sitting in the office talking

  Placed order on online , confirmed then told hours later it was running late only to wait for a couple more hours to be canceled. Poor customer service. No answer on phone to find out reson.

  It’s a mess. Don’t bother, go to the Dollar general on Charlotte Street or the one in Stowe.

  : I was on my 30 minute unpaid break, Casity was in the managers office right next to the break room that is connected together she had the door open and was talking very loudly enough for me to over hear her conversation She was asking where the write up sheets were, So the whole timing of considering only she and I was working that night Jay left at 3-5 I believe, I respectfully asked her, I said hey so I overheard you talking about looking for write up sheets Did I do something to get written up for? Cause I wanted to know and we would’ve talked about it so I knew what I did wrong and what to do better going forward, She got mad that I was ease dropping on her perspective, so she started getting mad about it: she says if I was writing you up I would tell you and show you, and I laughed saying good thing I don’t sign write ups and she didn’t even let me finish I’m glad I don’t sign write ups or ALOT of people would be fired TODAY! But before I could say that she cut me off saying you can clock out and go home and I was wondering why and asked why, She kept going off saying I’m being smart, I have an attitude which was false, I’m glad I’m smart tho if I wasn’t I’m not sure why I’m alive today, shoukdve choked on air years ago ? But however I clocked out and went outside waiting on my boyfriend to get here, She came out screaming, she called Jay she called her husband she overdramatized the whole thing, I got video of everything She told me that I think that I’m the top B**** in this place and I’m not that they don’t need me! And so after that she told me that I’m high off my a**! And I told her I’m not high at all, She said yea sure go sniff a line you crack head mother F***er, And I said now your accusing me of being on drugs and I said why? She said well isn’t it obvious just look at you then started mocking my disability and how it makes me physcally react during the day for the last 18 years, Then says I keep going she told Jay to come up here and run the store so she could kick my A** And then says I’m in her face, In the video you can see that I’m not anywhere near her body at all nor near her face I was standing a full car distance from her, And said her husband was coming I better run RUN 1.) discrimination of disability 2.) terroristic threats 3.) false accusations 4.) disorderly code of conduct 5.) Verbal abuse 6.) defamation of character - this is not an any way acceptable by the state of pa and will be handled accordingly to federal regulations regarding employment Laws I did not deserve to be disrespected after trying to be respectful to her and remain neutral during my shift and get things done, This is the first issue I have ever had with her, I was determined to challenge her on how good of a cashier she is I told her I’ll beat her scanning score and I wanted to learn from her but now I do not feel safe being around her I fear that her emotions are clouding her better judgment and are causing her to lash out aggressively and I do not feel dollar general on East high street is safe to be inside of while she is present inside the store that’s just my feelings

  One they are rarely open and two I don't appreciate the cashier making it a point to cup her hands and yell to us that they don't take EBT as soon as we stepped foot in there. I don't care what anyone says that b!t€h racially profiled us. Who said I was going to use EBT the first place? I don't even get food stamps. She could have ASKED if I'd be using EBT, instead judging based of the fact of my skin tone. Didn't appreciate it and won't be going back.

  This place is the worst they. Close whenever they want it’s closed at 6pm because idk. But blame should be put on the area manager DO YOUR JOB MAKE SURE ITS STAFFFED YOU GET PAID ENOUGH!

  I was looking for a couple of items, some were partially consumed and the aisles don't get me started on the aisles, it looks like a separate hurricane struck inside the store, shelves littered with all sorts of different products, aisles partially blocked by box carts it's an absolute mess and it's getting out of control

  Well place is a mess I can't even walk thru isles need people stock the shelves and get all the stuff off the floor and the carts out the isles as well if someone had a wheelchair they couldn't go thru trust me employees nice and all but I need more employees my opinion

  This store steals from the public. The cash register rings up higher prices then stated on the shelves. I understand an occasional mistake. But, the mistakes is almost on every single item. When I complained! Some real big girl chased me outside screaming at me. She told me to go home and write all the mistaken items down and bring back the receipt every time I shop there. Do customers now have to do their job and except being misrepresented through being ripped-off. So, people! You have been warned!

  Hours aren't posted online accurately. Store closes right at 5:45 or 6pm. How are people supposed to shop there after work? This won't be here much longer with these hours...

  They are ALWAYS short staff and then they close Early because NO staff. DG should pay workers more and I guarantee u the service n store will flourish.

  Was just there waited a huge amount of time in line because it took both employees to deal with a rude customer. Then checked out asked if that was all the bags and he says yes. Get home and am missing items. Try to call no answer several times. This store needs better management and employees who will pay attention and do their jobs.
