I never leave reviews, but all of my recent experiences with CVS have been nothing short of frustrating and ridiculous. Since customer service is non-existent, I feel it’s only fair to give others warning. There is never enough staff in the pharmacy, the hours are terrible, and they did not have common items in stock. I also had another customer steal my cash back money. The associate admitted to seeing the women on surveillance video take it and told me there was nothing that could be done. This theft should have been reported and it wasn’t. Called the customer service number and was given a case number. Said I would be contacted within 24 hours. A week later and still nothing. Called back only to get the run around and another “we will call you back”. I’m not holding my breath. Steal something from them and I promise you that theft will be reported. Their lack of response has turned my frustration into just sheer anger at this point.

Can I do half a star?? Lol, but seriously. The pharmacy staff is unbelievably unprofessional. They are condescending and down right rude! Thankfully I was able to convince my mom to switch pharmacies!! So glad I'll never have a reason to go there again!

This cvs never has the medications really on time,drive thru always closed and most times they seem like they have no clue on what’s going on. And always under staff.

I came to get my booster shot and a lady with glasses and curly hair was very aggressive she literally shot me in less than 5 seconds. I felt like she was rushing the process and had a bad mood.

Terrible service. They refused to fill a prescription because they claimed it was being rejected. When I called my insurance, they stated that they weren't being rejected. It turns out the pharmacist is being fraudulent in that she wanted me to pay out of pocket which cost three times of what I pay with insurance. I have been using this pharmacy for years. I quickly transferred all prescriptions to a different pharmacy. This pharmacist was yelling and screaming at me because I wanted to use my insurance. I have also filed a complaint with CVS corporate and the Pharmacy board.

Super rude pharmacist. The cashiers are helpful and nice but the pharmacy staff surely needs some customer service training.

The drive thru had a long line so I went inside to pick up some prescriptions. When I reached the pharmacy checkout there was an elderly gentlemen talking to Jeremy, one of the technicians. They spoke for about 2 minutes, at which time I began shopping nearby items to pass the time. The gentleman did at one point glance briefly over his shoulder, but he continued his conversation with Jeremy and no sign of concluding. Jeremy did not signify in any way that I was standing in line waiting for assistance. Their conversation lasted for a further 6 minutes while I waited, left the line and gathered other items and returned several times. I finally left feeling annoyed, ignored and my dollar dis-respected. This is not the kind of customer service exemplified by the CVS brand....... I may give Rite Aid a try. Certainly will not be recommending CVS at 1300 N Charlotte Street, Jeremy.
