Extremely rude workers here, dressed filthy , swearing -go anywhere else. They will tell you whatever they have to get their commission.

Minimal training for new employees; seems to be the reason this place has such a high-turnover rate. There was only one “sales consultant”. She was very friendly, and it was obvious she was trying her best. I heard her apologizing that she was new and alone, as she was was running around assisting customers, jumping back and forth on the two computer terminals, and answering the phone. How could anyone expect exemplary customer service, especially during the busy holiday season, with only one new employee? The owner should know~It takes money to make money!!

I only put one star because it wasn't possible to put zero. So my problem is with the Chinese guy who says he is the manager. He is always late and uses traffic as an excuse once is understandable but he does it all the time.you think he'd leave early but no. My phone was almost cut off twice because of him and it's not ok. Yesterday I called because he again was late and had to ask him to be on time the next day. I shouldn't have to ask you to do your job. Disgusting and unacceptable
