Product is good. Staffs are untrained. I bought a coat for Cole Haan. It was a nice spring/autumn coat with a fair price. I liked it. However, a staff went to the storage and picked me a wrong cloth. That caused me to come back the other day to exchange it. 3 stars.

The staff today ~(3) females and (1) male. I could not have ask for better customer service! Thy even took the time to explain all discounts. 12/27 btw 2p-5p.
