Went to buy 1 tire they ordered 2 and convinced me to buy both. New tire went flat and they stated they missed a crack in my rim which how do you do that if your doing the job right (a lot of bs and playing around) then they keep my car 4 days and never call to tell me it’s done. Not professional at all don’t let them scam you and check on your car cause they won’t call you. Worst experience ever.

Service was fast and pricing fair. However two of my valve stem covers were lost and not replaced when I went in for a double tire install and rotation. They also bent my rim installing the tire. Would have been better off spending more elsewhere to not have to deal with this. Still have yet to be compensated for the damages.

Upon my recent visit to the Pottstown branch for tire maintenance and upgrade, I was pleasantly surprised at the timeliness and insight the team provided me. Real customer service at hand. Highly recommend their tire service.

I got new tires, they said 45 minutes took 2 hours 45 minutes. And when I got it back they took it apon themselves to fix the slightest 1 inch of curb rash which then became a 4 inch silver streak on a charcoal grey rim. Probably won’t ever come here or any Cj tires again unless it’s a car I don’t care about.

The CJ's Automotive Center outside of Pottstown is tucked into a shopping center and not seen from RT 100, but it is worth finding it. It has walk in oil changes-no appointment necessary. That can be a big plus. I was greeted at the door and the car was pulled into the bay. Because I had purchased tires at CJ's I was able to get free tire rotations. This was a good experience.
