Jen has been a great agent. Since I've been with state farm she has helped me get a previous rental car claim figured out by doing a three way call with them and claims department. She has also recently given me a quote to help reduce insurance cost for my boyfriend car insurance and provided steps needed and even went the extra mile to touch base with underwriters. I highly recommend this location as all the staff has been great.
