I only go to this car wash because it is for a work vehicle and it is only one of the only places that accepts credit cards for self wash. The first time I went a couple weeks ago, the soap hose was cracked and dripping out all over the place from the ceiling. I called the number to the carwash and left a message. No response. I went again today and the vacuum and hot air blowing tubes were broken. This was a different bay. The spot-free rinse is useless - leaves spots everywhere and on all the windows.

$5 dollars for 6-7 minutes of access so you can wash your vehicle, which is not enough if you are not accompanied by someone else to help you wash/rinse to save you time.
Accessories are damaged or some functions do not work when you activate them.

Carwash looks like it's under new ownership! There's a new automatic carwash that does a 10x better job than any in town. Vacuums are also powerful which is much appreciated. Highly recommend Spruce St! Best in town

Good self service car wash, equipment usually works well, however, they need to increase the frequency of trash can emptying.

Monday morning in April 2023. Machine for taking money was operational, but the station( bay 2) was not. No way to get money back. $5 wash now costs $10. Mailbox for help is full.... Went to Bay 4... The brush is practically destroyed and missing many bristles. The water pressure is good, but the water is so hard with mineralization you pay for your car to get just a different kind of dirty. There is a setting for lower mineral rinse, but the pressure is poor and simply not cost to time effective. The trash cans were over filled and poured into the ground near the vacuums. The handle leaks on your hand for the wand to wash and the brush bc they need new o rings. It's not maintained and you're paying for more work when you get home. Investment greatly needed....

Very pleased. Lots of options to choose where everything actually works and is filled, the best part being it's a warm water wash. You're not washing your car with cold water, so definitely helps get more dirt off and soap residue.

Very nice do it yourself car wash. They offered things that Diamond Brite doesn't have. It did cost 25 cents more.
