On Friday I was there with my wife… at the counter you may see two women. One is lean and she is very helpful and kind but the other one who is bit short and slightly plump is very rude and makes you feel why on this earth you are here! She certainly greets you but that like a robot trained to say when someone enters through the door or leaves counter but otherwise gives very cunning and frustrated looks. I asked for another size for a shirt and she said this was the only what we have. The other lady later walked me to the pile where they were kept, I don’t understand why that behaviour when you are in that store to sell things and help customers spend their money!! I wish store owners are reading the comments as I see many talking about rude sales lady!

After having a great experience few months ago here, today my wife had a terrible experience with a sales person who was very rude and unprofessional. The lady was not patient at all to finalize the sale, and was clearly doubting about the information my wife was sharing with her. I recommend the store manager reviewing and training better their staff.

The absolute WORST customer service. I came to grab some shirts. Browsed for 30 minutes and was never greeted by any of the 3 associates who were there. The lady with the glasses who is mentioned in other reviews, treated me as if i was bothering her when i asked a simple question. Horrible customer service all around.

My boyfriend and I came in to get a jacket and pants for a wedding this weekend. Pat helped us and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were a bit lost in what we wanted. She took her time and came back to us even when she was helping someone else at the same time. Great experience today :)

Very friendly staff and great selection of clothing and accessories. Good design and great discounts for men and women. Store is clean and has plenty of room for trying out the clothes.

One female worker with dark brown curly hair and glasses was extremely disrespectful and impatient when assisting us. It was clear she didn’t want to help us. My father was confused about sizing, and not only did she not help us solve the problem, but after my parents walked past, she rolled her eyes and told the other worker, “They don’t know what they’re doing.” This entire experience ruined both our Father’s day and our regard of Brooks Brothers.Because of the bad customer service, we don’t even want to come back. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Highly disappointed by the customer service. They didn’t have what I wanted and didn’t even try to make suggestions to get the sale, just kinda stood in one spot like statues(not even at the register but a random spot in the store). Brooks Brothers has fallen so hard smh. Ended up going to Nordstrom’s for a suit.

Yesterday evening my husband, daughter and son in law went to the outlets to find an outfit for an event my husband has this coming up week... we love Brooks Brothers. Shopped here multiple times. Well, it seems last night the two employees who were there didn't want to work or were in a bad mood. We walked in, the employee who was at the register didn't even acknowledge us. A female employee came out from the back, I said hi to her, she looked at me like I owed her money... didn't even reply... my husband was looking for a camel hair blazer, which they had some of. Well they both acted like we were intruding... (we are a minority family). Maybe that had something to do with the lack of service we were subjected to. But again never judge a book by its cover... trust me the people who have money don't go out flaunting it... such the case...

A long story short. When I returned clothes the one of female worker who wear a glasses was so so so rude. She was so so so unprofessional because she didn’t explain anything and determined by herself whatever she wanted to do…I have a customer right and am her customer so have the right to be treated equally at least.I gave one star because the employee doesn’t understand the customer is the focus and central driver of your business.

If you are lucky enough to have Pat assist you, then you are in very good hands my friend. I was a bit lost, needing an affordable mix and match of solutions, and she spent more than an hour helping me, patiently scouring the store for good buys, and making wonderful suggestions. She listened well, worked within my budget to maximize my choices for greater flexibility, provided me with valuable critical feedback and more. It's unusual these days to find such a knowledgeable and thoughtful person working in retail. Just goes to show what's been lost over the years... Kudos to Brooks Brothers for keeping "more experienced" (aka older people) on staff as they clearly make all the difference. I may have spent more than I originally intended, but I came away from the experience more than satisfied with my purchases.

One of the female worker in this store who wears a Horn Rim glasses were so rude and unprofessional. My old mother didn’t understand what she said when she was paying with credit card… this female worker almost humiliated and patronized my old mother. I was so shocked and I complained to her and she didn’t even look at me and totally tried to ignore me I was going to be very mad but my wife stop me to not deal with such a nonsensical person. However, I wish her mother will also be treated with such attention in front of her so she will understand what she did. She was not only the worst worker but also not a good human. Hope she repent.
