Employees did a great job with moving our furniture for transport from Florida to Pennsylvania with a stop in-between in Delaware. We hope to use this company again with another move within pennsylvania sometime in the next two months!

Lots of moving parts regarding an interstate move. Packing, transfer and unload all went according to plan. No hiccups. I was extremely satisfied.

In 2021 moved to Georgia from Pennsylvania and Bekins trucking did a great job.not even one little tooth brush disappeared, they packed, loaded and unloaded at final destination, Georgia. Absolutely nothing was damaged and best of all they gave me a great price. Will use again some time in the near future and will recommend. Excellent trucking company to do business with.

2nd big move with Bekins/Wheaton. Their pre-move communication is great. The crews which handled our things were great.

We did have a few issues with our move, that is why i didn’t give 5 stars. Ours was a long distance from Pennsylvania to Florida, during Covid. The person we worked with to set up the move was very helpful. The quiet was good. However the day of the actual move tbey didn’t show up. It took multiple phone calls before i found out they didn’t have anyone to drive that day. We had to pay someone to move everything to storage for one day because the people buying would not give us one more day. It was horrible and very costly! The driver who drove everything to Florida was very nice. Everything was packed well in the moving van. We did have some damage to a few things but that could have happened in the hasty move for overnight storage. Would I use them again? I would need to be assured that they would not repeat the problem of no driver or they would be paying the extra costs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Bekins Transfer and Storage. They sent an employee who smelled of alcohol and stumbled around my home and ran into walls. He also fell in the back of your moving truck while trying to unload my belongs. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did they mishandle my belongings, but I also felt unsafe having them in my home. I expected a reputable company like Bekins to maintain higher standards. I would strongly advise against using their services.
