Provided us Inaccurate information and messed up our account and was given information do they could get commission off of a customer. NOT HAPPYThe gentleman who helped while in store did a great job in cleaning up the previous persons mess i must say. Grateful for him

I went into this store today, Christmas Eve to get a last minute gift. Wellinson greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help today. I needed to upgrade my wife’s phone for Christmas. I’ve upgraded phones before so I assumed it could take a while. Not this time! He completed the whole process in about 15 minutes. And showed me some promotions that ended up actually saving me money! Awesome job thanks Wellinson! Merry Christmas!

Most employees are friendly although there is a taller gentleman there who was rude to a family member a day prior, as well as seemed very unsure of what to do when upgrading phones. I recommend seeing the younger lady she’s very helpful!

What a great experience! Grant was very knowledgeable and fluent with their system and was able to sync my watch and get me a new phone ordered within 15 minutes. No kidding, I couldn't believe we were done and I was out the door. I've never had a more productive and efficient visit to any other store. And I wasn't bombarded with sales pitches throughout the process either, shh don't tell the boss. What a pleasant experience.Plus, my phone was not scheduled to arrive for over a week, but it showed up the next day.

Great store!! Five star customer service provided by Charles & Ricardo. These guys were so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond helping me to choose a phone. I definitely will be returning customer.

Had an excellent experience at the store. Charles was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. It is wonderful to actually work with real people in this age of "chatbots" who just give you preprogrammed answers. Recommended!

I have to say that we have been pretty satisfied with the experience in the past. We usually block out the time we know we will need to be there. This time, I am extremely disappointed in the service. Here are the reasons:1. They did not have the most popular phones in stock. They had none of the options we were planning to purchase. The phones had to be shipped to us.2. The rep left three times to look for the phones we asked about. Then came back to tell us that they didn't have them. This is something that I believe he would have had in front of him on the tablet.3. When asked about what other stores would have the product we were looking for, we were told that they don't have that information. I found it online later. This was a flat out lie.4. The rep was not honest about the time frame to get phones shipped to us. We were told that we would have them in one to two days. They did not ship until the second day and would not arrive that day. We are on a time crunch and are having an issue with my daughter's iPhone 8. This was the reason we were replacing the phones. We always replace ours with the new ones and send the older ones to the kids to replace theirs.5. I have insurance for our phones, but the new ones are showing with "sign up for insurance" I assume this will change once we have transferred our info to them, but it is disconcerting.If honesty and customer service are important to you, then two things should happen at these corporate stores. first, you should train your sales people to be truthful and not just look for the sale. Second, you should have them stocked so that phones do not have to be shipped. In the past, we have been able to get everything taken care of in the two hours or so that we set aside for our visit to the store. We have always been able to get the info transferred from one phone to another. So at one of my busiest times of year for my profession, I have to take time to transfer data myself from one phone to another or carve out additional time to go to the store to get it done.All of this has made for a very disappointing experience.

I had such a wonderful experience in this store today! I brought my daughter with me to the store because normally I get so much anxiety dealing with the ATT employees and need someone there to keep me from losing my mind. I was planning on canceling my plan which I’ve had for 15 years because 3 of my phones were not able to make calls and I just had it with the high monthly bill, found out it was a problem with a tower so that was a relief anyhow todays experience was like no other, I had all of my questions answered and was treated with such kindness and professionalism by a gentleman named Dan C, he is definitely not like your typical phone store employee, he made me feel at ease and by doing that I will continue to stay with ATT. I hope the company realizes the value Dan brings to them and he is recognized by his great work. Thanks again Dan!

Dan and Grant are great! They stayed over 2.5 hours attempting to activate my service. Both showed a great interest in fixing my problem and getting me on my way. If you have a problem with your service, visit this store and ask for Dan or Grant.

I was having an issue with my account. I was on the phone with AT&T forever, and they were not able to fix it. They told me to go to a store. I went to the Boyertown location, and they too were unable to resolve the issue. The Boyertown store sent me to this Pottstown location, and the staff here was amazing. Dominique, the store manager, helped troubleshoot and came up with a plan. Rick then was able to rectify the situation very quickly. I am so thankful for all of their help.

Dan C and Grant were both an amazing help! They were very patient and did all of they could to help me pick the best phone for me. 10/10 would recommend.
