Horrible Service!!!! It's amazing that when you are purchasing an item, you receive great customer service but when you have a problem, EVERYONE that I have had to deal with has been absolutely horrible. So the associates that work there are choosing to behave this way and treat you in a horrible manner. Purchased furniture on November 10th and as of today 1.2.24 still waiting on my 100.00 refund. My 70-year-old mother has visited this location 6 times for a status and still nothing. And Jessica from customer service is just as bad. PLEASE CONCERN SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!In responses to your apologize, NEVER was I informed that the refund would take 21 days. And remember my mother went into the store with her old debit card and her new debit card. So, if policy was to ensure the safety of your customers, that did not apply to this situation. When I orginally reached out to you regarding the treatment of my mother and only asked for the associated to be coached, nothing was done. My mother returned to the Pottstown location for a status on the refund and was treated even worst. Please do not give me any more excuses, just send the refund that was promised. " You hope that you can get this resolved ", that statement is a joke, since this started in November at the Pottstown location.AGAIN, PLEASE CONCERN SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Loving my new sofa and swivel chair I purchased from Ashley! Great quality at a great price. Janet Flack, the Specialist who assisted me with both purchases, was genuinely friendly and professional. She was very helpful with her suggestions and let me look around the store without shadowing me. Highly recommend this store...and ask for Janet!

I was looking for a picture to go above my bed. When I walked into the store I was greeted right away by Janet, who was very helpful. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would go back again to shop Ashley Furniture.

Kim and Tiffany are amazing! We went in over the summer and met them both. Kim was our sales associate who showed us the entire store. Then Tiffany (the manager) worked on getting us the best price. We bought two different rooms at separate times and each time was great working with them. The store is clean and orderly and there is a great selection. Would highly recommend to everyone and ask for Kim or Tiffany!!

Buying at Ashley today was our best experience. We found exactly what weWanted and were able to get a good deal. We were in and out like with no delays. Janet was a Great sales person. She was very helpful and made the buying experience pleasant.

My husband and I bought furniture at Ashley's in Pottstown and Tiffany was our sales rep. We had an amazing experience. Tiffany helped us find exactly what we both were looking for and was extremely patient with all of our questions and looking through different sets. Our shopping & purchasing experience was enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Xavier is professional and courteous. He is very helpful and knowledgeable with the products in the store. He made the process seamless and easy. Purchase was very nice. Lynda worked with us and gave us a discount for being repeat customers. She was helpful in answering all of our question too.We came back and Kim was wonderful and helped us with a great deal and quick delivery.

Do NOT buy any furniture from Ashley Furniture or their affiliates. We have had the worst experience with both their products and their customer service. Our furniture arrived damaged and we needed FIVE separate deliveries PLUS a visit from a technician. Even after five deliveries, the products are not in perfect condition. The furniture is cheaply made and it shows. My husband needed to take multiple days off of work to be home for all the separate deliveries. In communicating with the store, the delivery company (which was non-Ashley affiliated), the customer service line, the technician (another non-Ashley affiliated person) and the elusive non-traceable higher up customer care people (who had no direct line to get in touch with and had very selective hours and were unreachable) we kept getting passed around from person to person and the full story never seemed to be documented properly or accurately. One person would tell us one thing, and the next person would take it back and tell us something completely different. At one point, the delivery people even told us that they noticed the damage to our dining room chairs BEFORE they were placed on the truck to be delivered, but they were told they needed to deliver them anyway and should see if we would catch it or complain. The solution we were offered each time we brought up damage during deliveries was to have a technician come out to fix our brand new furniture that we paid full price for. I guess I must be crazy for thinking that when I am buying new furniture at full price, I expect that furniture to be delivered in pristine condition, because nothing we received from Ashley furniture was delivered that way. Even now, we have pieces that are scuffed, and one dining room chair that looks like the top was painted over to cover up previous damage, but we are fed up with dealing with customer service and my husband is unable to take off work any more to facilitate any more deliveries. Recently, our customer service ticket was "closed" without our knowledge after we had been waiting over 5 weeks to hear back from Ashley after our technician visit. We ordered our furniture at the end of July and are still dealing with the repercussions. We have been asking for months for some kind of compensation and were told that someone would get in touch with us to discuss it, but we have heard nothing. Save yourself the time, energy and frustration. I beg you to go with a different furniture company. Ashley furniture does not deserve your business. Dealing with them is exhausting especially for the extremely low quality of furniture they offer.

Kim (Salesperson) greeted us as we entered the store, as we “just browsed” the store and found some items we had to have - Kim immediately helped us. She also helped us with some items we found online. Everyone was friendly and helpful, definitely a location we’ll be visiting frequently.

Shopping at Ashley Furniture for the first time was an amazing and easy experience. Janet was super helpful and allowed us to explore the store as we needed. She provided us the information we needed on making our decision on a sofa set. Tiffany also did an amazing job with the financing and giving us a great deal. I would definitely recommend this location. Staff was very professional.
