My wife bought about $115 worth of stuff here, she asked at checkout for the person to apply a coupon if possible since usually they have a store coupon, the lady at checkout said nope there's no coupon. My wife then came back with the coupon in hand and asked to issue a return and apply the discount on a new order, it's a difference of about 20 bucks. The girl didn't issue a return instead did an exchange and charged extra for the "discount" (this is what they show on the receipt as your savings from the outlet) so we ended up paying for an additional $78 for 3 shirts we paid for already. She claims she returned the previous items and this is the new charge. I didn't know it's even possible to screw up this so badly. I called credit card company to dispute it, credit card company claims that it's a valid transaction. I called ann Taylor corporate, they said they can't do anything about in-store sales, I called the store they told me I gotta drive back to the store for them to issue me a refund. We live about 2 hours away, so not worth it to do that. So the end result is I ended up paying 180 dollars for 3 shirts and 78 dollars over regular price at the outlet. I will never go to this store again.

I don’t like the fact that Ann Taylor allowed McKenzie does McKenzie looked into another persons background without cooperates permission and then said it was protocol I believe it should be justice she should be held accountable

There was a specific sweater I wanted to buy and I was under the impression that it would be on sale because it wasn't two weeks before when I went the day after Thanksgiving. Still wasn't on sale and the one employee said that their hands were tied, it was up to corporate . She then had the nerve to offer me a credit card, which was the only way I could get a "discount ". My fiance and I walked out and I went online the next day and bought two of those sweaters that the store said that they couldn't put on sale because it was a "new item" on sale on the website for $24.00 each.

Since there’s a pandemic going on, and everything was closed, I had ordered a few things online I would need to return to work. Sadly, when I got my order everything was two sizes too big. I called all of my local Ann Taylor’s and sadly none of them were open for exchanges and in store shopping. Due back to work that day with nothing to wear, I called the factory store, and thankfully they were open for in store shopping! Since everything I ordered was an “online exclusive” needing exchange, I knew I’d need something TODAY. This location is an hour away from me, however I was determined to get what I needed for work. On my way there I realized I’d be cutting it close getting to work on time, and I quickly called the store to explain my situation. Christie, the woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful! I told her my best guess at size and what I was looking for.Upon arrival I was met with smiling faces. Christie had everything set up in the dressing room for me so that I could be in and out. Since I wasn’t too sure on my size, she had pulled everything in two sizes for me to try and I had plenty to work with. On limited time, I got to undressing. Christie checked on me to make sure everything was satisfactory, and once I figured out my size she grabbed the things I wouldn’t be needing and brought a couple of different styles for me to try. I quickly found my favorites and proceeded to check out. When I looked at the total I was pleasantly surprised! I was in such a hurry, I had missed all the signs upon entry about their 70% off storewide!In conclusion my whole experience couldn’t have been better. Even though this is not the closest Ann Taylor to me I will definitely be returning to this location! Thanks again Christie I appreciate you : )

I shop at Ann Taylor at the Premium Outlets all the time. I've never really ran into any issues shopping here out of the ordinary until my last visit. I took my fiancé shopping with me like I do all the time and I asked him to stand outside the changing room so I could come right out of the first room and he could give me his opinion on some different looks. Mind you he doesn't love shopping so even though this was a common ask, he was already uncomfortable. I was the only one in the changing area and another girl walked by and asked my fiancé if this was it he kindly said yes and she laughed saying ok I could not find it in this store. Not even a minute later I hear a lady yelling at my fiancé telling him to back away from the wardrobe area because girls will file a complaint. He was completely embarrassed and swiftly backed away. I came out and the same lady who happened to be the manager was yelling at him again because twenty feet away wasn't far enough. She basically pointed him out the door. He was so embarrassed and I apologized to him because I was the one who asked him to give his opinion. We are two middle aged married adults. Why she had to treat him with such disrespect and rudeness is beyond me. He didn't talk balk or do anything to remotely deserve how he was treated. This encounter has changed my whole view on the store. Great product, but the really need a manger who can at least be nicer to the patrons who shop there
