Salesperson was rude disrespectful. I was trying to use my veterans discount but he wouldn't except it and could careless about veterans or about me obtaining it And he failed to explain to me why he wouldn't except it. Will never shop there again.

The staff here is just awesome. I am super picky when it comes to my running gear and usually purchase online. I do a lot of returns here, because of this and even though I know I am a total burden, they always treat me well and are super friendly. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Walked in expecting to spend over a $100 for a pair of shoes.. Walked out with 2 pairs for $85. Everyone on their staff seemed very friendly and happy to be there but Kacey saved me an additional $20 by pointing out a promo. MVP goes to Kacey.

Buy Beware!! Do not purchase anything from Adidas.com. They use a second rate delivery service called lasership which lies about saying a package was delivered. Adidas policy is if the carrier says it was delivered and you did not receive what you had ordered for whatever the reason they WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND!!!!! Unheard of!!!!!!!! Stay away form Lasership & Adidas.com!!!

It must be the lack of staffing issue that this store will employ anyone without proper training. Customer service is still the key in retail. First, assuming me not speaking English because I am Asian is ignorant. Secondly,saying it out loud in front of other customers, team members and my children is beyond unprofessional. Thirdly, when I voiced my opinion, I was ignored. RUDE!! If my children weren’t there, you all would hear what I need to say. Such a disappointment to the brand!!
